Dean Winchester slowly woke up from the hospital bed, settling in Sioux Falls. Tearing an I.V. from his left forearm, then he stood up on the floor. Only he had fallen down, examining a cast on his right leg. Slowly he remembered that he needed to findmine.  his brother before Leviathans get to them. He was heading his way to M.R.I. to get his head examined.

Adoor opened, revealing Bobby Singer and Karina Leone in FBI suits. Dean was shocked to see them, worrying that they were a part of his hallucination since the morphine was running through his systems. Their eyebrows furrowed to see him lying on the floor, he asked. "You're okay?"

"Bobby, Kay, you're alive."

"'Course we are, why are you on the floor?"

"They gave me morphine. A lot." Bobby rushed to him as he carefully pulled him up on the bed while Karina shut the blinds. "Hey, look, a monster broke my leg. Oh. Wait... the house. We thought you were dead."

"Well, I ain't. Not yet."

Karina turned around to see her friend's eyes still dilated, then he asked her. "How are you okay? You got stabbed."

"Bobby pulled me in, took care of me. I still have a scar, but we found a perfect place to be safe from Leviathans. Consider yourself getting healed." Raising her eyebrows as she pointed her eyes to his cast. He rolled his eyes and then she asked him urgently, "Where's Sam?"

"Head scan, I think."

"Meet both of us at the ambulance dock, stat. I'll get Sam and meet you guys there."

Karina hurriedly ran out of the door, ignoring Dean calling her name. She walked against the floor while she noticed a familiar face in a roller. He was being pushed by one of the nurses, she showed her badge to him. "Hold right there. Let me see."

She grabbed a clipboard and read the information about Sam Winchester then she continued talking to the nurse, "Yep, this is the guy I'm looking for. Coverage lapsed. We're shipping him to the county. Thanks." She pushed him to the exit, leaving the clueless nurse behind.

Outside of the dock, Bobby was driving an ambulance car then she opened the doors. She pushed him in the back as she followed him inside by closing the doors behind her. She unclipped the belts around his body while she was looking at his face, who was still unconscious, then she pulled the blankets away to give him a little cool on his temperature.

She waited for Dean to come, he was taking longer. Suddenly, a car revved the engine since he got in the passenger seat with Bobby, leaving the hospital. Karina sighed in relief, then she heard a soft moan nearby. She looked down, seeing Sam slowly waking up, then she comforted him by caressing his head.

"Hey, stranger. I'm here," smiled Karina.

His eyes slowly woke up as he saw a blurry vision of her, he wasn't seeing Lucifer behind him or in the corner of the car anymore. He was still there by her side, slowly he smiled peacefully. He returned back dozing off, honestly happy she was still alive.

Three weeks later, the group settled in Rufus's old log cabin in Whitefish, Montana. Hiding their existences from cameras and technical information since the world is filled with Leviathans. They have no way to hurt or kill them since they remain immortal creatures. While the Winchesters were downstairs in the living room/kitchen, their heads lured up as their eyes were set to the stairs to the attic. Hearing the speakers playing loudly of So What by Pink.

In the attic, there is one bedroom that was created by Karina Leone. She couldn't be happier to decorate her own room in a log cabin since they all volunteered for a bunk bed and twin bed in the backroom. Her bed frame was made of old logs, her sheets were dark brown while her covering was ivory, lastly her pillows were mixed of brown velvet and white.
