Karina Leone was writing in her journal in the backseat of the car, smiling at the thought of Sam Winchester. Daydreaming of a moment where they have their lips touched. She wanted an opportunity where the setting is open, but private at the same time. Where there were only the two of them, no distractions. When the timing was perfect for the couple who were clearly in love with each other. Their love remained a secret for so long... almost four years.

The car doors opened, featuring Sam and Dean entering. They were discussing about there not a few updates from Frank, and there was a case in Wichita, Kansas. They traveled there with cups of coffee and a cinnamon roll. They stopped at the nearest motel to change their attire into FBI Agents. Karina blow dried her hair to form it as half up and half down, then wore a blazer and pencil skirt with stockings under high heels.

They approached the morgue where they met the latest victim. A victim that was covered with suction cups... from an octopus. Dean exclaimed softly, "Ohh. Those are not the fun kind of hickeys."

Sam asked, "You're--you're saying an octopus did this?"

"Not just any octopus." A coroner picked up a clipboard to explain a little more, "Based on welt diameter, Enteroctopus Dofleini."

Dean asked, "And for those of us who skipped the Enteroctopus class?"

"Giant Pacific octopus."

Karina asked, "How giant?"

"Approximately 30 feet."

The trio shared looks in disbelief from the information, then Sam asked with a scoff, "I mean, aren't... giant octopi rare around here?"

"Yet here we are."

Dean asked, "All right, so how happens? Guy comes home, cracks a beer, and gets... suckered to death?"

"Obviously, this was some kind of freak fetish attack. Someone created those hickey marks, then bled the man out." A coroner turned the neck, showing a bitten mark on the arteries.

Karina widened her eyes before concluding the meeting. They all walked out of the morgue with confused faces as they were discussing in privately on the hallway. She began to ask, "That bite looks like a little vampire to you guys? You know Vampire Diaries bite?"

Sam replied, "No question."

Dean asked, "So what are we looking for?  An Octovamp? A Vamptopus?"

"I like the second one," smiled Karina. She turned her tone into serious, "Besides this is beyond our league of crazy, even for the three of us."

"It does push the envelope. Let's go chat up the widow."

They all left the building, then traveled to a suburban home. They began to meet a victim's wife who was holding tissues in her hands. A couple was sitting on a couch while Dean was sitting in  a chair. They were holding mugs of coffee she offered them. Sam comforted her, "We're very sorry for your loss, ma'am."

Dean spoke to her, "Mrs. Harper, we know this is bad timing, but we just have a few routine questions that we need to ask you-- is that okay?"

"Yeah."

Karina asked, "Did the house feel any different lately? A rush of coldness or any weird scents?"

"No. Not that I can remember."

Dean shook his head as he grinned at her, "Okay, we're just ticking all the boxes here. What about any skeletons in your husband's closet?"

She chuckled, "Skeletons? What do you mean?"
