Throughout the dawn of the morning light, it glowed through the curtains behind the window. The room was so quiet while the atmosphere was warm and perhaps a little chill. Two jeans' legs snuggled together under the coverings of the bed. Scent heightened type of natural wood along with a hint of lavender which is so real and strong. The sound of a soft snoring occurred in a bright room, leading to the contently, sleeping duo wrapping their arms together.

Sam Winchester and Karina Leone.

Their breathing was calm while their hearing led to their beating hearts. Their dreams were the moments they craved for, no more nightmares. No more traumas. No more flashbacks. Their minds captured the existence of their hidden love for each other.

An alarm rang from the dresser. They moaned lightly to open their eyes as their arms held on. When she opened her eyes, she moved quietly over his chest to reach her phone. She turned off her phone, and then she shifted her eyes to him. His eyes opened to let the light streamed the green lens with the golden flecks. Resting her head on him as she smiled softly toward him.

Never taking her eyes from him while he caressed her hair as he looked down on her. "Morning."

"Morning, Sam Winchester..." Karina tilted her head while her eyes were in love with a sight she was staring at. Sam was lured by her spell of her brown lens, and then she had an idea. "Wanna make pancakes?"

After they changed their clothes in their separate rooms, they walked quietly downstairs. They each gathered the ingredients they needed to make the delicious blueberry pancakes. Their laughter bloomed through the course of the morning as they sifted the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Sam volunteered to whisk the buttermilk, oil, eggs, and lastly with Karina's help, a little of lemon zest. They looked at each other and smiled happily. She turned the stove dial on while the pan was heating with greasing butter. He scooped up a ladleful of batter and gently fitted onto the pan with three circles. Finally, they both grabbed a handful of blueberries to set as many as possible on top of the pancakes.

While the breakfast was cooking, they came up with a playful challenge. They each distanced from each other while his mouth opened widely to have her try to throw a berry in the hole. She asked him, "Okay, ready?"

"Yeah." Exhaling sharply from her mouth, and then she pulled back a berry between her fingers. Her eyes were focused on the target, and she threw it to him. His mouth went shut with a berry inside. Their eyes went ecstatic with a celebration as they both succeeded with a catch. Their hands clapped together while he was chewing a fruit. "Good job!"

"What can I say? I'm a professional." Sam and Karina chuckled together before they returned to their process to flip the pancakes on the plate while repeating the process with a batter. The moment between them was beautiful and rare as they continued their morning together. The smiles and laughter were unstoppable as they never felt happier in their entire lives.

While she set three cuts of butter on the top, he poured the maple syrup on four plates of pancakes. He noticed that she didn't put one on her own as he asked her.  "Why don't you like butter on it?"

"It just ruins the taste to me when you use the butter. I think pancakes are nice, sweet, and fluffy." Karina grabbed the butter as she passed him. Walking toward the refrigerator with a few words, "Kinda like you."

Sam heard her as he looked up at the ceiling. Shaking his head with admiration as he chuckled while he put down the syrup on the counter, "Well, Karina..." From the moment she closed the door, she felt a tug from her hand. She was being twirled backward and landed onto him. "Same as you."
