I woke up in a cold sweat. It was that dream again... I hadn't had it in a while, but it looks like I won't be getting sleep tonight. I sat up rubbing my face. I headed to the bathroom and took a quick shower. I wasn't gonna fall back asleep any time soon. While drying my hair I looked out my window, the stars were sure beautiful here...

Before I knew what I was doing, I started heading out of the common room, towards the quidditch field, careful not to get caught. Being mid-January it was freezing out, and I wasn't wearing a coat... and I had wet hair... but who cares.

I lay down in the middle of the quidditch field. I could already see so many constellations, Orion, Taurus, Gemini, Canis Major...

I thought I saw someone out here." A familiar voice rang out.

I jumped, before realizing who it was. "Oh it's just you" I relaxed again. "I thought you were one of the people on night duty... although I may have liked to see them more." I laughed quietly. "What are you doing up?"

He coughed "Night duty."

I sighed "Well darn... care to join me then? You have an excuse, and the stars here are the most beautiful thing..."

I could hear his footsteps draw closer. "You know there's a curfew right? I'll have to turn you in." He tapped his foot.

"I know, but I still wanna enjoy the view while I can." I shrugged. "I live for this view"

"Yes well you won't live much longer if you stay out here like that." He claimed, glancing to my wet hair and pajamas. "You'll freeze to death."

I sighed. "I suppose so." I stood up, stretching. "Well what are you waiting for Your Highness, aren't you gonna turn me in?"

He dragged me along through the hall. "Stop slacking."

"Now why would I be hesitant to get in trouble," I asked sarcastically. "By the way, I got you something. Well more like I'm letting you borrow something." He raised an eyebrow as I remembered I left it in my room. "Well I don't have it right now but uh- it's that book I was reading, Pride and Prejudice! I saw you reading a bit so I thought you might enjoy it." I smiled.

"Isn't that a romance novel? Why in Merlin's name would I enjoy that?" He asked.

I scoffed. "It's the original enemies to lovers! And it's written simply so even someone as dumb as you could read it!" I crossed my arms.

"Dumb? Out of all the things you have called me that may be the worst one you've come up with." He commented.

"Ok I'll admit that one was bad... but c'mon just try it" I begged.

"If I say yes will you stop whining?" He asked. I nodded my head. "... fine"

I smiled triumphantly. Before I had realized it, we were in the Hufflepuff common room entryway? "I thought I was getting detention?" I asked.

"The cold you gonna get is punishment enough... besides you should go warm-up," He told me.

"I think seeing you is punishment enough, your highness" I joked. "sleep well Draco, don't let the Umbridge's bite"

"Careful she could be around the corner listening," He said sarcastically.

"Nah I'd be able to see that ghastly pink from a mile away," I said as I turned around walking inside the common room. As I made it to my bed I almost instantly fell into a comfortable dream state.
