Christmas Eve was hard for all three of us, Hermione and I having the first Christmas without our family, and Harry having the 17th without his. We visited a place called Godric's Hollow. Where Harry's parents rested. I couldn't tell what was colder, the soft powdery snow that rested on the ground, or the emptiness of the grave site. I could hear the faint sound of Christmas carols, which I think softened the sharp bitter air.
Everyone roamed the graveyard. respectfully being as quiet as I could I walked with Hermione. "How is it?" I asked somberly.
"what?" Hermione said confused.
"Christmas Eve, alone." I kicked the dirt "not to be depressing, but it might feel better if we talk about it."
"oh... erm, weird? I'm usually eating pastry's in the great hall with Ron and Harry by now, or with my family having Christmas Eve dinner." She explained.
I nodded my head "I get the feeling..." I sighed. "Well, marry Christmas Hermione."
"marry Christmas." She said back.
as I was walking I clumsily tripped over a tombstone. "Ah, bloody!" I said as I tripped. "sorry" I apologized to the dead that lie here. Then I quickly stood up. Hermione was looking at the tombstone intrigued.
"Hey Harry." She called. I looked over the graveyard with her and there Harry stood, sadly.
Her one made her way towards him, and I did as well falling quite a bit behind her. I was close enough however to see what they were looking at, a tomb, labeled lily and James potter. Harry's parents no doubt. I could tell this was a tender moment for Harry and a moment that was to be better if I stayed on the sidelines, so I did.

"I've gotta bad feeling about this" I whispered as we rushed into an old creepy house owned by an old woman named Bathilda Bagshot- apparently she had known dumbledore. the house we were in was old, maybe even as old as the lady who was silently guiding us threw the house. Bathilda's eyes were grey- with age -she wore dark bags under her eyes and wrinkles decorated her face. She had pale skin and white patchy hair. The house was dark and messy, and I had a feeling that if I were to move just wrong I would fall threw the flooring. "Harry" I whispered to my right "you wouldn't mind if I stayed outside, would you? I mean no offense but this place gives me the creeps."
It reminded me of an old treehouse near my parent's old flat. My brother and I would go there all the time when I was 8, he always made me climb to the top of the tree even though I had warned him quite a bit that I had seen rats and spiders in there. One day when I was up there a rat ran across my foot and I fell 3 meters. I broke a rib that day. And I hate rats.
As I waited for an answer from Harry, I saw something dark scurry across the floor, of course, it could be my imagination but I didn't want to take any chances. I stepped back in shock and fell on my butt repeating history. As Harry saw this he replied, "uh yeah go ahead."
I waited in the cold snow, but anything was better than in there. I felt the cold brush against my cheeks, but as soon as I relaxed I heard a worrying crash from inside. "Hermione? Harry?" I called out. I tried to open the door but it no wouldn't budge. I banged on it over and over. "Hello!" I yelled. The door wasn't locked, but there was something in front of it. I could budge the door enough for my arm to get threw. I racked my brain for a spell, but almost nothing came up. I grabbed my wand and thought about every class I could think of until I remembered. "Locomotor!" I yelled, using my strength to move the thing that was guarding the door.
I ran upstairs after hearing a few more bangs. "What happened!?" I asked when I saw the duo.
"shh" Hermione hushed me as I went and stood behind her. There was a hole in the floor, and as I peeked over to look in it a giant snake Godric's.
