"Time is ticking."
Samidha mumbled once again and Alessio grabbed her jaw, flaring his nostrils.
"You little-"
He was interrupted by the sound of a gun shot ringing throughout the warehouse and one of his excellent fighters dropped down on the ground.
Silence rang through the warehouse.
"What was that?"
He whispered as people made way for him to go and look at the man.
He walked towards the dead body and crouched down.
"Blake?"
He mumbled and shook the body a little and immediately a pool of blood formed around the stomach of the dead man.
Alessio's eyes widened.
"EVERYONE! WE ARE BEING ATTACKED!"
He yelled and it didn't even take a minute for gunshots to start firing around.
Samidha struggled to loosen the ropes around her.
"Open me somebody!"
She yelled and but no one had time to listen to her because a jeep full of men entered the warehouse, breaking the door.
Adriano Bianchi.
"Shit! Shit shit shit shit shit"
She panicked and started to struggle even more.
War.
It was a war.
And Adriano Bianchi came more than prepared.
He was planning this all along. And he knew Alessio was gonna be there. He got thrice as many people and weapons.
It was no use. She was in the middle of the warehouse and a literal war was happening.
All she could do now was keep her head low and wish no bullet pases through her.
Tears were forming in her eyes. This wasn't how she wanted to die.
"Come out Alessio! Face me motherfucker!"
Adriano yelled and shot a man, whose blood splattered directly across Samidha's face.
"What are you doing Adriano?!"
"There's no time to talk brother! Come out and face me! Let us decide who the king is."
Alessio looked out from behind some boxes and tried shooting, missing both Adriano and Samidha by merely an inch or two.
She gasped and Adriano's eyes flickered to her.
"What are you doing here?!"
"He kidnapped me because I cancelled the deal with him to give it to you. Please let me go."
She lied, hoping he would help her and Adriano furrowed his brows.
"Yeah. Su-"
But he couldn't. He had to fight.
What was she even expecting? That someone will come and save her in the middle of a war zone?
"You are right!"
A voice said and she got startled.
"Sahaj!"
She whisper yelled and he grinned, putting the mask back on.
"Don't make a noise."
He mumbled and started dragging her chair away, behind the nearest pillar.
"What are you doing here Sahaj?! Leave! Why are you wearing clothes like those Bianchi goons?"
She asked noticing the same logo on his shirt as he untied her legs.
"So should I leave you here?"
He asked and she glared at him.
"I thought so."
He laughed and got close to her, brushing his lips with her cheek.
"Thi-this isn't th-the t-time to get romantic."
She mumbled and he kissed her neck.
"I'm not."
He said and she felt her hands starting to loosen a little bit.
