"So, why'd you want to continue the questions?" Heath asked, seeing as she didn't seem like she wanted to before. They walked through the cold, breezy streets of Paris. Heath wasn't cold despite having his long black coat on. Heath was always cold, so he was used to it. It didn't bother him like it did when he was a child. Noelle however was freezing. She never liked the cold despite living in New York all of her life. The winters there were always cold. And even during summer, the weather wasn't warm enough to her liking. Despite being cold, she didn't have her arms wrapped around her. She walked with her arms beside her.

"Oh.. w-well.. I.." Noelle said, stuttering. She began picking at her nails once again, not sure how to answer him.

"I just.." Noelle continued but never finished. Heath looked down to see her picking at her nails. He grabbed hold of her wrist to take it away from her other hand.

"I'm keeping your hand with me this time." Heath said, entwining their fingers once again. He then dragged her closer to him so he could put his hand back into the pocket of his coat, only this time Noelle's hand followed with him. In that moment, Noelle felt focused.

"You said you were wondering things about me. I just figured you'd like to continue and ask more." Noelle said, looking anywhere but him. She looked over to the bright street lights and Christmas lights tangled in the railings of the bridge they were crossing over. She then looked over to the lake nearby. The moonlight shone brighter than any of the lights before her. It stood in the sky, following Heath and her with each step they took.

"Did you and Poseidon talk of anything not related to Cronus?" Heath asked.

"Well, he apologized for not really being around. He also said that he didn't know of my mother's death. He said he's been watching over me my whole life, though." Noelle replied. She wanted to stop and walk over to look into the lake, but Heath still had his grip on her hand. She brought hers and Heath's hands out of his coat pocket and dragged him over. He followed willingly and looked into the lake with her. He wasn't sure what she saw that made her want to look into it. Perhaps it was only because she felt a connection with it. Heath would never know.

"Do you believe him?" Heath asked.

"Is that one of your 10 questions?" Noelle asked.

"No." Heath said. "It isn't." He continued.

"Then I don't believe I can answer." Noelle said, still looking into the lake. Heath chuckled in response.

"We should go for a swim." Noelle said, tearing her hand away from Heath and walking off of the bridge and to the steps.

"What? Now?" Heath asked following after her.

"Why not?" Noelle asked.

"Noelle, it's below 40. It's freezing." Heath said.

"No, it isn't. It's just a little cold." Noelle laughed, taking off her jacket. She was freezing earlier, yes. But, Noelle knew the water hitting her skin would warm her up.

"Noelle, the water is probably much colder than the air. Don't go in there." Heath said.

"I control water, Heath. I can make it warm." Noelle said. Her hands went to the buttons of her jeans. She was about to unbutton them when she turned and didn't see Heath following after her.

"Are you not going to join me?" Noelle asked. Heath had his head turned away from her. He didn't want to see her undress. Not only would it make him feel a certain way, but it would also be impolite of him to watch.

"No, I don't think I will." Heath answered. Noelle sighed and picked up her jacket from off of the rock she set it on. She put it back on and walked over to Heath, tapping him on the shoulder. Noelle felt that it wouldn't be as fun if she didn't have someone joining her.
