Cronus dropped Poseidon down his throat as he did with the others, causing the fire that had been inside of Noelle to burn as it had before. She reached behind Amara, grabbed ahold of the first weapon she saw, and wielded it. She was about to charge towards him, but Heath held onto her wrist, keeping her from running.
"What?" Noelle spat.
"I know you're angry, but let someone else deal with him first." Heath said. Zander was already long gone. Electricity sparked from his fingertips. His eyes turned a light shade of yellow, like the color of lightning. He ran faster than he ever had before and went straight for Cronus. The impact of his running almost knocked Cronus off of his feet. Zander knew he was at a disadvantage with height. So, he began climbing up pillars to go for Cronus' weaker points. Cronus took notice of this and began kicking down the pillars. If Mount Olympus had been a building made by mortals, it would have collapsed and come tumbling down on everyone, but it wasn't. Mount Olympus could withstand anything. Zander grew tired of Cronus ruining his plans. He was much more angry than he was before. He was Zeus' level angry. The thunder outside Olympus roared, indicating Zander had had enough. He stood just a few feet from Cronus when he made his own lightning bolt with only his hands.
"Why? Why shouldn't I?" Noelle asked.
"Because I don't want you to do something stupid," Heath said.
"You mean like get myself killed? I won't! Mind your own business, and I'll mind mine." Noelle said.
"I don't want to fight with you, Noelle. Please, I'm scared." Heath admitted.
"Scared of what!?" Noelle shouted.
"Scared of losing you! So, just stay back." Heath said.
"You do not control me, Heath," Noelle said, about to walk away, but Heath had tightened his grip. She looked down to see his flesh hadn't regenerated yet and it was his bones clutching onto her wrist. "Let go." Noelle said, trying to pull away.
"Heath, you're hurting me!" Noelle shouted, pushing him away from her. She brought her hand up to her wrist and held onto it. Heath had a look of regret on his face. He was about to apologize when Cronus swung his arm around, colliding with Noelle's torso. She flew back onto the throne of Poseidon, hitting her head, and fell to the floor, seeming to be unconscious. Heath grew angry and slowly made his way over to Cronus. He was fuming, steams were quite literally coming out of his ears. He used his invisibility to make himself unseen. He then pierced Cronus' tough skin with his bony fingers as he had done in Nova Scotia. Heath's eyes turned white, as did Cronus indicating that the mind-controlling process had begun. Heath forced him to regurgitate the Olympians he had swallowed. As the Olympians fell out of the mouth of Cronus one by one, Amara made her way over to Noelle to check on her. She shook Noelle a few times, but nothing happened. She grew worried, but she then heard Noelle groaning where she lay. Amara sighed in relief and tugged on Noelle's arm.
"Come on, Noelle." Amara said, helping Noelle up off of the floor. Noelle ignored the stinging pain in her abdomen and made her way to where Zander stood. Zander looked tired but still mustered a smile for Noelle to let her know he was okay. Heath knew he was finished when the last Olympian, Hades, left Cronus' mouth. The Olympians all lay on the ground unconscious. Donovan had slowly made his way to where Zander, Noelle, and Amara stood. He wrapped an arm around Amara to help keep himself upright. Heath then took his place beside the other four.
"How do we want to end this?" Zander asked as electricity flowed through his body. He took hold of his lightning bolt and extended it using his other hand, making it 3 ft longer than its original length. He was ready to end this.
"There is no ending Cronus. But, there is a special place he can go." Noelle said, turning to Heath.
"Tartarus." Heath said. Noelle nodded to confirm what Heath had said. Noelle looked between all of her group members, checking to see if they were ready to finish their job.
