"I stand before the committee asking that, we, the 10 members, strip the Demigods of their rewards for saving the world for these purposes-" Zeus started.
"You've gotta be kidding me!" Donovan exclaimed as the rest of the group members groaned.
"No, you know what?! I don't want to hear whatever it is that you think we've done wrong. We just saved your asses for the third time. We deserve much more than the rewards you're giving us. We have risked our lives, our freedom, and our sanity taking care of the messes that you've created! Whether you've realized you've created them or not, you have indeed been the cause of it." Noelle spoke, approaching the committee. The committee all eyed each other upon hearing her outburst before turning their attention to her.
"You buried Cronus on Earth thinking that would solve the issue of getting rid of him when you knew that there was a certain way he could make it back here and cause chaos in all of your lives. Your fault! You treated the women in Olympus like they were nothing compared to the men and that they couldn't do what you could do. Your fault! And you rejected two of your own Gods because they didn't want to partake in harassing women, getting drunk day in and day out, and every other vile and wicked thing the rest of you do as you sit up in here and act like you're the better than all of the other powerful Gods and Goddesses of this world. Your fault!" Noelle exclaimed.
"The Gods and Goddesses are not coming after you just because they want power. They're coming after you because they are sick of the way you treat them and of the way you handle things, Zeus." Noelle said with her finger pointed up at Zeus. All in the room sat there at a loss for words. They all had known the daughter of Poseidon spoke freely without a care or consequence, but she hadn't so fully till this day.
"Tell me, what do you think would've happened if Mother Gaia didn't think up of idea to create us? Would another God or Goddess finally lay their hands on you, bring on a war of the Olympians, and end the world? Because I am pretty damn certain that is what would've happened." Noelle said. The committee all looked at each other, seemingly to communicate with their eyes. Though none of them spoke, it seemed that they had come up with a decision. Ares cleared his throat as he straightened up in his seat.
"We all think that you are right, Noelle. And maybe even deep down, some of us know it. It is a great possibility that if you hadn't come along, the world would have ended long before." Ares spoke, leaving Noelle taken aback as well as the other Demigods.
"And we can all agree that you haven't been rewarded properly for all that you've done for us." Hestia spoke.
"Which is why, we think your reward should be left up to you." Hermes continued with a proud smile across his face.
"With the official signature of approval from Zeus-" Athena spoke as she waved her hand around in the air, a paper materializing out of dust and glitter appeared in her hand.
"We will reward you with your greatest desire." Demeter said. Zeus went to refuse when Hera rested an arm on his shoulder. The angry expression on his face instantly melted away when he was met with the sight of his wife's beautiful smile. It almost made Zeus himself smile.
"There is one thing I feel we should discuss, however. If I recall correctly, Amara, you said you had disposed of Medusa properly, and yet we have seen of her lately." Hera spoke.
"Oh! Yeah, uhh-" Amara squeaked loudly, unsure of what to say. Athena raised a brow at her daughter, waiting for an answer.
"We can discuss Amara's punishment later. As for now, let's finish up with this." Poseidon said, making an attempt to save the girl for now. Amara turned her head, unable to meet her mother's shameful eyes.
