It felt like a miracle, how these torturous few days finally passed.
Cupid held onto her suitcase, her knuckles turning white. Eros looked at her from the large window above as Cupid exited her 'home'. The wind was blowing fiercely, the leaves on the tree flowed with it. Cupid felt his eyes on her. She let out a shaky breath and braved herself to turned around. Their eyes met. She held Eros' stern gaze, her jaw tight, eyes determined.
He was the one who broke their stare.
It was early in the morning, but he had already a glass of red, in his hand. He sipped his wine and turned around from the glass window. Cupid's eyes eased. She turned back around and entered the portal, bringing her back to Ever After High. A sigh of relief.

Cupid opened the door to her dorm room.
The sight of Blondie rapidly getting ready greeted her. Blondie heard the door open and turned around. Her eyes widened, a smile appeared on her face. "Cupid, you're back!"
Cupid looked at the clock. "Blondie, you're late for class."
She brushed her hair at full speed, trying to put on her shoes at the same time. "I know, I know!" Blondie yawned. "I'm not a morning person at all." She turned her head to Cupid. "How are you?"
The birds outside chirped, and the sun was shining brightly.
Cupid pulled her lips upwards.
"Great!" she said, faking a cheerful tone.
Blondie nodded in response. She grabbed her book and bolted to the door. "Let's talk after class! See you!"
Cupid watched Blondie run pass her and out of the door. Her smile was gone by then. She rubbed her eyes and closed the door. Cupid walked to the mirror. She stared at herself. She didn't look different, but her eyebags were darker, and her eyes duller. She looked tired.
Back at Mount Olympus, Cupid had a hard time falling asleep. Every time she felt herself falling asleep, the negative thoughts resurfaced, and she would be wide awake once more. Now, she's back in Ever After High. She should probably get some rest.
Flopping onto her bed, her eyes closed.
How nice it is to be back.

The castleteria was more crowded than usual.
It was noisy and chaotic.
Cupid walked with her lunch tray. She looked down at her food. Spaghetti, some mash potatoes, and milk. Her eyes scanned the castleteria.
"Cupid!"
Her eyes looked for the source of the voice. They landed on Alistair. Beside him was a girl, she had white hair, and... bunny ears?
Alistair motioned for her to come over to his table.
Cupid walked to his lunch table. He crossed his arms on the table. "Look who's back," he said.
The girl beside Alistair cleared her throat. "Hi, I'm Bunny." Her voice was soft and quiet.
Alistair looked at her. "She's my best friend."
Cupid gave her a smile, she put her lunch tray on the table and extended her arm. "Hello, my name's Cupid." Bunny shyly shook Cupid's hand.
"Do you mind if I sit here? I couldn't find Blondie."
Alistair shrugged. "Sure, just sit."
She thanked them and sat down.
Cupid took her fork and picked up her spaghetti. Alistair stared at Cupid's face. She felt his stare, putting her fork down, "What?"
