C.A Cupid spent 90% of her time planning the True Heart's Day dance.

She put all her mind and soul into all the planning, but she still encountered plenty of problems along the way. It was practically inevitable.

She was by her locker, getting her notebook. Briar and Hopper was beside her, they were talking about the potential dress code, until the delivery goose burst through the doors. It honked. "I got party supplies!" it honked again. "C.A Cupid!"

Cupid's eyes widened. She ran to the goose. "I'm Cupid, that's me!" The goose looked at her with bored eyes, it held up a paper. "Just sign here." Cupid signed the paper. She felt a presence beside her. When she looked up, a gasp slipped out of her.

"Party supplies?"

Grimm was right in front of her, his hands behind his back.

He eyed her warily. Cupid shrunk slightly. "Uh, yes, party supplies," she laughed nervously. "For-"

"Our play!" Briar said. She and Hopper made their way beside Cupid. Cupid smiled and nodded along. Grimm's eyebrows furrowed, he wasn't convinced. "And what exactly is the name of this play?" he asked.

Hopper scratched his head, trying to figure out what to say. Cupid looked at him hopefully. He began panicking, and just as he panicked, he turned into a frog, a literal frog. They all looked downwards at frog Hopper. "It's called, the play that almost was, and then wasn't," the frog raised his finger up. "But then was!" he finished.

Cupid bit down on her lip and cursed herself internally.

Thankfully, all Grimm did was give Hopper unimpressed eyes. After a moment of silence, he finally spoke up. "Very well."

The three of them melted with relief.

They eventually took the party supplies away, keeping it somewhere safe for now. Cupid then parted from Briar and Hopper. She tried to look for Blondie, she hadn't seen her all day.

Cupid's eyes caught sight of Blondie's thick blonde hair. And beside her, was Duchess. What is she doing with her? She walked closer to them. Blondie was holding a tablet in her hands, and Duchess was saying something to her.

"-if you don't report on it, someone else will," she heard Duchess say.

Cupid got closer and tried to see what was shown on the tablet. But her eyes quickly moved away from it when she heard gasps all around her. She turned to see what they were gasping about. Cupid's mouth dropped slightly.

In front of them, was Ashlynn Ella and Hunter Huntsman, holding hands.

Ashlynn Ella was a royal. She was the daughter of the all-known Cinderella. All her life she's been praised for her beauty, and she has a great love for shoes, just like her mother. Ashlynn was elegant, poised, and kind to all,

Hunter Huntsman was a rebel. He was the son of the Huntsman, talented in his motor skills, inheriting the bravery and expertise of his father. Hunter is brute, he's rough, and he does whatever he feels like.

Royals and Rebels aren't meant to be together.

They're two opposite sides of the same coin.

They don't belong together, that's what the people would say.

Ashlynn and Hunter had big smiles on their faces, their expression confident. Duchess grumbled and groaned in annoyance. "They can't own it! Now I'll never get my happily ever after!"

Ashlynn gave Duchess a sly smile. "Oh, hey Duchess," she raised their entwined hands and pulled herself and Hunter away. Cupid stared at them in awe. By doing this, they were defying the unspoken rule that has been around for centuries, the rule that Royals and Rebels could never be together. It was looked down upon, completely unfitting. Royals and Rebels are raised, educated, and surrounded completely different from the other, they would not be able to compliment and complete each other.
