MK's eyes slowly widened as Wukong's fist came closer to his face, but Macaque's hand suddenly grabbed onto that fist and held it back. "Alright, MK." The black haired monkey looked back as he struggled before smiling at his counterpart. "I hope that staff is worth it!" He pulled Wukong back and slid a bit before kicking him in the gut, jumping onto his own feet, and pouncing at the monkey that was now in the air. The two took off through the sky, transforming into birds, throwing punches and kicks, and doing all they could to one-up the other. Wukong suddenly shoved him back before his eyes glowed a bright blue, then blasted some energy directly at Macaque. The dark furred monkey summoned his magic and quickly created a mech to hold that energy back. It seemed to work for a bit, but he was ultimately forced back, causing the two to get back to the battle without missing a beat. This was going to be very painful...

Meanwhile, Linwan watched as the group was doing their best to keep the four spider demons back. "Dammit... I didn't expect her to be able to do this." She weighed her options and glanced at Redson before she summoned her cudgel and began jamming it into the ice, making the demon look at her as he continued to burn the ice himself. "Is it getting through, Shadow Girl?" "Aww, you gave me a new nickname Red Pepper!" "Answer the question!" She gave a harsh slam of her weapon then huffed in annoyance. "It's only chipping away a little... Your fire is much better at this. That ice is practically screaming under the inferno you're causing." She gasped and looked back when she suddenly heard Pigsy get thrown into one of the pillars. It took a moment after for Tang to also get tossed, but before the two could be taken out, Sandy blocked the attacker. "Redson..." Linwan using his actual name made him lose focus for a moment as he stared at her. "Focus on melting that ice with everything you've got. Mei is going to need that heat." He stared for a bit longer then focused more into the fire. "Right. Go crush them, Shadow Girl." With that, she gave him a smile then sunk into the shadows. The blue demon let out another grunt when the Spider Queen pushed against him. "Tang, can you-?" All three let out some surprised noises when they were dragged into a shadow portal and plopped closer to the ice Mei was trapped in. "What just happened?" Tang looked around as he spoke, but stopped to see Linwan standing in front of them. "Lia, did you-?" "Yeah, I did Sandy. Is Pigsy alright?" "He'll be fine." The shadows around the group swirled a bit as her eyes flashed. "Good. Now do me a favor..." She slammed her cudgel down and glared ahead. "Help me kick their asses." Sandy nodded and got ready.
A small pause happened before the huntsman spider sent a chain at Linwan, but Sandy caught it and tugged a bit to keep him in place. The girl suddenly vanished into the shadows and appeared behind him with her weapon raised, striking him quickly before having to then use it to block the bigger spider. A few ping pong balls hit him in the head and the warrior took this chance to slam him into the ground before she looked back to see an agitated boss. "Lin, you've definitely got a lot to explain later." She gave a nervous chuckle, getting distracted with his tone before being thrown back by the Spider Queen and slamming into a pillar. She looked up as a golden colored orb vanished from around her. When the queen smiled, she returned that look as she brought out both Vi and Lily. "You know, you had so much fun throwing me around last time. Maybe I should return the favor by smacking you around like-" She froze before looking up towards the ceiling, having heard her mentor fighting now. "Lia!" Her focus went back to the fight as her two shadows blocked the queen and knocked her back. "Is it Mr. Maquack?" Her form sunk into the shadows and appeared near the others as her shadows continued the fight. "Yeah, he doesn't have much longer in taking care of King." "Then you should help him." "Pigsy, I can't keep up with them..." "But maybe you can do something else, Lin." She glanced at Tang before flinching at her shadows dissipating. "But you guys-" Sandy put a hand on her shoulder and she looked at him to see him smiling before he ran off to hold those spiders back. Suddenly Redson spoke up. "If anyone can help those morons, it's you Shadow Girl!" Linwan blinked at him in surprise. "Didn't you tell him you'd be a warrior?" Tang spoke again, making her a bit embarrassed at how she was earlier. "W-well yeah..." "Then do it kid. We've got this! Show 'em what you've got!" Her boss put a hand on her shoulder and she smiled at him. "Alright, you win. I've got a mentor to save. You've got Mei. Easy." "That's the spirit!" She huffed happily at Sandy's optimism then vanished into a shadow.
