The last eight months had been eventful. They consisted of lots of baby showers and births. As well as wedding planning for Kian and Lily.

But, today was the day and James couldn't be more excited.

Regulus stirred next to him.

"Good morning, my love," he spoke softly. "Are you excited?"

Regulus nodded, his face still buried in James's chest. "How long have you been up?"

"A couple hours. I was too excited to go back to sleep."

He felt Regulus smile against his chest. "Of course you were."

He walked down the steps of the Potter manor. Regulus had told him to go ahead downstairs while he finished getting ready.

Lily was carrying in the final moving boxes into the house.

Him and Regulus had decided to buy a muggle house in a muggle neighborhood. They wanted somewhere fresh to start their new family, so they bought the new house and told Kian and Lily they could move into Potter manor.

Him and Reg had decided to wait to spend their first night in the new house until they had their new kid, so Kian and Lily were officially moving into the Potter manor today.

"Hey, James," Kian told him as he walked into the manor behind Lily. His new daughter was chilling in a baby carrier on his chest. The baby girl was clinging onto his finger.

Beatrix Ariana Cresswell was born almost two months ago now. She had green eyes just like her mother and father and ginger hair just like her mum.

She was also the sassiest newborn James had ever seen.

"Making Lily do all the work?" James teased.

"Beatrix wanted me to carry her. She's definitely a daddy's girl," Kian explained with a grin.

"She loves me though too," James spoke in a baby voice.

He stepped closer to Kian and put a hand out in front of the baby. Beatrix started to cry.

"Correction, she loves me," Regulus corrected as he made his way down the steps and over to them.

Regulus tickled Bea under her chin and she let out a giggle.

James rolled his eyes playfully. Show off.

"I can take her from you if you want, Ki," his boyfriend told their friend.

"Feel free," Kian replied. Regulus took Beatrix out of the carrier and held her in his arms. "Are you two nervous?"

"A little. We are mainly excited though," James answered.

"Do you guys think it will be a boy or a girl?"
