Hello, all! I miss writing Maroon with all my heart and I miss all of your guys's reaction to the journey this fic was.
So, I have decided to publish a long fic very similar to this one that I think you all will enjoy: "Verdurous." It follows James being sorted into Slytherin, so it is basically is the flipped version of this.
Because it's centered more around slytherin I get to explore Barty and Evan more (and Rosekiller of course) as well as some really cool new OCs (similar to the 'core four' in this book).
A darker side of Jegulus is shown as they both navigate their own internal troubles while still being very much in love with each other. (Slowburn warning)
It very much shows the struggle and danger of teetering on the line between good and bad. I am very excited to write it and I hope you all check it out!
