Back up at the river Lena is now lying with her head in Kara's lap as they enjoy the sunshine beating down on their bodies. "This is amazing!" Lena stated as she sat up to look at Kara who was smiling at her. "Are you hungry?" Kara asked as she grabbed the pack. "I could eat! Then we should probably head back. And this time I'll walk..." Lena grumbled as an older couple walked by sneering at them. "I will carry you Lee, it's not a big deal." Kara whispered as she passed her a sandwich. "I love you..does this have kale on it?" Lena asked taking the sandwich. "Yes...I made it while you were showering this morning. Now eat, so we can head back." Kara replied with a smile.

The two ate in a comfortable silence playfully shoving and touching each other. "Are you having a good day Lee?" Kara asked. "Yes! It's been an amazing day! I cant remember having so much fun in my entire life!" Lena replied with a smile. "I'm glad!" Kara replied happily. They continued sitting there soaking up the sun and drinking there waters for another few minutes before both of them decided to get ready to walk back down the trail. "I'll grab the pack this time." Lena stated. "Ok but you're still riding piggyback style down the trail." Kara stated as they packed the pack back up before Lena put it on her back. Kara squatted letting Lena climb on her back.

Giggling to themselves they headed back down the trail. "Take a damn picture! It'll last longer!" Lena scoffed at a couple walking past them. "There's that feisty CEO I fell in love with." Kara cooed with a smirk. "Kara Danvers you will never cease to amaze me!" Lena whispered as they continued on their way. When they reached the bottom of the trail they headed over to the suv Lena put the pack into the back Kara started it up and rolled the windows down. "Thank you for today Kara." Lena said with a smile as she leaned in to the blonde. "You're very welcome Lee..." Kara whispered as they closed the gap sharing a passion filled kiss.
