The next day they made an appointment with a doctor who took high end clients. "Mrs. And Mrs. Luthor?" The nurse called. Kara and Lena walked in the exam room together. "Who will we be examining today?" The nurse asked. "Me." Lena replied. "Ok come sit up here and lift your top for me please." The nurse said. Lena did as requested and returned to looking at Kara. "It's gonna be cold." The nurse stated. Lena nodded as she held Kara's hand. They already knew what the nurse was gonna find, this was just to confirm everything.

A few minutes later Lena heard the heartbeat that Kara heard yesterday. "Congratulations!" The nurse said as she printed off a picture and wiped off the gel from Lena's abdomen. "Come on Lee...let's go home." Kara cooed as they left the office. "It's perfect. Our little super bean." Lena gushed as they got into the backseat of the car. A few minutes later they were home again and on a video call with Eliza telling her the good news.

"Now everyone knows including Ruby and our bean's grandma." Lena said as she curled up into Kara's waiting arms. "Our bean...I like that." Kara whispered. "We go back to work tomorrow morning...I'm not looking forward to that." Lena said. "Shh...love that's tomorrow...it's still today, let us enjoy our time we have now." Kara whispered. "I promise I'll do my best not to become one of those over hormonal women." Lena said. "Well love if you do I'll just take it one day at a time." Kara said reassuringly.

"So if one day I want...oh I don't know crepes from France? You'll just fly off and get them?" Lena asked. Kara chuckled as she nodded. "Lee..if you asked for pizza and pasta from Sicily I'd go buy it and fly it home to you. No food or drink you ask for while your carrying our bean will be too hard for me to find or order. I promise you that." Kara said. "I love you." Lena whispered. "I love you too Lee...and I love you too our little bean." Kara said as she gently rubbed Lena's abdomen.
