If being pregnant with Lori was rough on Lena then being pregnant with their second child was a lot more rougher. Her powers were in hyperactive mode now and even though shes been controlling them better she still has trouble every now and then. Right now however it's Saturday morning and she's home alone with Lori as Kara was called out for a supergirl emergency again. Third time this week it happened and Lori was becoming more and more fussy now that she began to move more. "You're fine my darling. You got rolling over figured out now you've just got to start inching forward." Lena cooed as she watched Lori rolling around on the play mat.

Feet softly touched down on the balcony causing Lena to turn her head to see her wife standing there covered in dust. "Bad fire?" Lena asked. 'Cough...cough' "Yea...it was a nasty three alarm fire, but I managed to cool everything quickly so the fireman could go and finish everything. I rescued six people though...all of which are at the hospital right now getting checked out." Kara replied. "Well go on take a shower...you stink!" Lena replied laughing at her. "Oh come on! Give me a kissy poo!" Kara replied as she began walking towards Lena. "No! You go on take a shower! Then I'll kiss you!" Lena said. Kara rolled her eyes at her before walking off into their room.

Lena returned to the sofa and continued watching Lori squirm around. "Your momma's a mess today bug. But she saved six people so thats good huh? Yes it is! Come here munchkin, let's get you a snack." Lena said as she picked up Lori and brought her over to the new high chair. The now five month old was eating homemade baby foods and right now Lena was gonna introduce her to some mushed bananas for the first time. "Ok Lori! I've got some smushed bananas here! I think you're gonna like these too!" Lena said as she sat down next to the high chair and began feeding Lori the food.

Kara was just getting out of the shower and drying off with normal speed when she heard Lena feeing Lori. "Here comes the airplane!" Lena cooed as she brought the spoon to the baby's mouth. "Yummmy! Yummmy! Yummmy yummy in your tummy!" Lena cooed. Kara chose that moment to walk out of the bedroom. Leaning against the doorway she watched Lena cooing to Lori while she fed her. Suddenly Lori's tiny head turned to look at Kara standing there. Blue green eyes took in the sight of her momma as she began clapping her hands together. "Is that your momma?" Lena whispered. "Hi sweetheart! Are you enjoying the bananas?" Kara asked as she walked over to them. "I believe she is. She's finished them." Lena replied. "That's our good girl! You're gonna be big and strong aren't you? Yes you are!" Kara cooed.

Lena stood up after cleaning Lori off and walked over to Kara pulling her into her arms  and kissing her. "Feel better?" Lena whispered against the blondes lips. "Yes. Much better." Kara replied. "Aaaahhh yaaaaa!" Lori squealed. "Ok! Lori! Momma's coming! Let's go sit on the sofa." Kara said as she picked her up in her arms and headed to the living room. "Aaahhh yaaaa yaaa!" Lori chimed in. "Really?" Kara asked. "Are you telling your momma stories?" Lena asked. "Ahhaaa oooooo ahhhaaaa!" Lori exclaimed. "Oh she did! Did she?" Kara asked. "I did what?" Lena asked. "Lori said that you tell her what I'm doing when I'm on a supergirl mission." Kara replied. "Indeed I do. We were watching you on the news earlier." Lena replied with a smile.
