ITS ADAM x LUCI x ALASTOR SMUT YALL

Lucifer sat back on the ground next to the sorry display of a man he once knew. A sad, pitiful, ironic waste, he thought, fighting down the urge to land in a few more punches just from his own frustration alone. It would be beating a literal dead horse, which was entirely beneath him at this point.

Instead, he'd tossed his coat over the man like a shroud, then leaned his head on his hand, pondering over what the hell he was supposed to do NOW...when he thought he'd heard something beside him.

He looked over at Adam's body, seeing nothing. Still, something compelled him to keep watching–THERE!

A wet cough, definitely different from a death spasm, accompanied a light stain of gold on his coat from where Adam's mouth would be.

Lucifer stared for a long moment, coming to terms with what he was seeing.

Alive

Adam was alive !

Lucifer could've done many things.

He could've grabbed a broken angelic steel spear close by and put the man out of his misery for good.

He could've called for Charlie...hell, he could've called for NIFFTY to finish the job herself.

He could've even been the bigger person and teleported them both to the Embassy and told them they left their trash here.

Instead...

Lucifer grabbed the man and teleported them to his own home.

Ripping his coat-shroud from the man's face, he saw Adam was indeed breathing, albeit struggled and laborious.

He put a hand on Adam's head, forcing him deeper into unconsciousness, and then pushed the man onto his front and tore off his cassock, cut open the black bodysuit underneath, and surveyed the damage.

Even with a stiletto knife, several stabs hit close to or in the same spot, leaving several of the wounds open and gaping. He put his hand on the man's back, a glowing swirl of red and gold enveloping it as he pushed to heal.

It was so much more than Adam deserved, he thought bitterly. Why he was keeping this fucker alive, he had no goddamn clue.

He healed Adam just enough for the wounds to close, feeling that Adam deserved to experience the raw ache of it all later when he woke up, and then sat back to stew over his decision.

It would be a waste of his power if he just killed the man after healing him. He debated just turning Adam loose in Hell, but he knew if Heaven caught wind of Adam being torn apart in the streets, there would be riots and they'd be right back at square one.

He couldn't kill him, couldn't turn him loose...well he certainly wasn't giving Adam free reign over his damn palace.

And he certainly wasn't about to just let Adam off scott-free. Not after everything he'd done.

Lucifer pondered a bit more before taking Adam to the lower levels of his palace. Not quite a dungeon, but more of a...holding area. Yeah, that was it. It held a simple bed that Lucifer had to magically change to fit Adam's much larger size, and an assortment of chains and shackles forged from angelic steel.

He folded Adam's wings and chained them, and then shackled Adam's wrists before attaching the ends of the chains to the wall. Adam would be able to sit up, but only barely. And it would keep him in one place until Lucifer decided what he was going to do.
