Chapter 30

3 days later (Monday, June 24th, 2024)

* Omniscient POV *

It was another day of group dates as the ladies sat in the living room, chatting. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as they awaited the arrival of the group date card. Just as their anxiety was building up, there was a knock at the door. Anastasia went to grab the date card to see which of the ladies' names would be on it. Ariel had already gotten a one-on-one, so there would be two group dates this week consisting of 5 ladies each. Opening the card, Anastasia read...

Anastasia: " Me, Kelsey, Kimberly, Madina and Lauren. It's time to show off your talents and shine bright. ~ Lewis"

(Anastasia read aloud as the room erupts with excitement.)

Kelsey: A talent show! This is going to be amazing!

Kimberly: "I've got a few tricks up my sleeve. This is going to be so much fun!"

Madina: "I can't wait to see what everyone brings to the table. This is our time to shine!"

Lauren: "This is such a great opportunity to show another side of ourselves."

(The ladies continue to chat excitedly, discussing what talents they might showcase and how they can make the most of the opportunity to spend extra time with Lewis.)

Anastasia: Let's make this talent show unforgettable, ladies. Time to get creative and have some fun!"

(She said as they all headed upstairs to get ready for their date. After getting dressed and coming up with ideas as to what to do for the talent show, they headed out, ready to begin their date. As the driver pulled up, they noticed a live audience with a stage set up awaiting them. Getting out of the car, the anxiety became very present for the ladies. As they walked over to Jesse and Lewis, they were introduced to Nick Cannon who would be one of the judges of the talent show.)

Jesse Palmer: "Head on back and get ready ladies."

(He said as the ladies headed backstage to get ready for the performance of their life. It was now time to get the talent show started. The scene opens with a beautifully set-up outdoor stage, complete with colorful decorations and a panel of judges' seats. Lewis is seen onstage ready to get things started.)

Lewis: "Hello, everyone, and welcome to today's group date talent show! I'm excited to see what you all have prepared. Remember, this is all about having fun and showing off your unique talents. So, without further ado, let's get started!"

(He said as the ladies sat in a row off to the side, looking both nervous and excited.)

Lewis: "Anastasia, you're up first. Show us what you've got!"

(Anastasia takes a deep breath and steps up to the microphone. She adjusts her posture and begins to yodel. Her voice echoes across the stage, surprising everyone with its clarity and skill. The audience claps along, very impressed. Her voice was amazing which shocked everyone and caused them to start cheering her on.)

Anastasia: "Thank you!"

(She smiles as the crowd erupts into applause, and Anastasia takes a small bow before returning to her seat.)
