Lewis sat comfortably with his friends and family, enjoying their company as the energy of the watch party filled the room. Episode 4 of his season of The Bachelor was about to begin, and everyone was eager to find out who would get the next one-on-one date.
Jane: " Whoever has the next date has a tough act to follow; Lauren's date has set the bar pretty high."
Stephanie: " I agree. After last week, I honestly don't care about anyone else's date."
Lewis: " You guys are funny."
(He said, redirecting his focus to the episode as Claire became the first to receive a one-on-one date.)
Jane: " I like Claire, so I don't mind her getting the date."
Stella: " She seems great, and I love that she has a child."
Stephanie: " Oh, that's the one with the son. I like her too."
Lewis: " So, you do like other contestants?"
(Lewis asked, attempting to be humorous, while Stephanie playfully rolled her eyes at him.)
Stephanie: " I think all the ladies are great, but in my heart, I believe Lauren is the one."
Amanda: " Based on three episodes?"
Stephanie: " Yes, I have a solid record with this show."
Lewis: " Good to know."
Carmen: " Horseback riding on a ranch. That sounds fun."
Lewis: " It was fun."
Jane: "Claire seems like such a sweetheart. "
(Lewis smiled at the memory of his day with Claire. She was a lovely person, but she just wasn't the right match for him.)
