"Hey how are my girls this morning" I asked walking into the living room and sitting down then putting my arm around her then putting my other hand on her belly
"We're good how's my man" she said placing her head on my shoulder
"Yea I'm good I got a weird phone call this morning"
"Really who from"
"Well one from Addison saying that she's coming to Seattle for a few weeks then one from my mom saying she's coming to Seattle at the same time Addison is"
"Oh really I can't wait I love your mom and I love talking to Addie" she said
"Yea I do to but being here at the same time doesn't that seem a little suspicious to you"
"No not really and your mom still needs to find out that I'm pregnant the same with Addie so we can all go baby shopping"
"Yeah fun" I said pretending to be excited
"You got me into this baby shopping is your punishment"
"Haha ok I'll come with you and by the way they arrive tomorrow"
"Ha even better more females to torture you with" we sat talked and played with the kids all day and it made me realise how lucky I am
THE NEXT DAY
Meredith and I arrived at the airport to first wait on my mom because her flight got in first. We saw her walk down the hall and she automatically saw Mer's pregnant belly and screamed.
"Oh my Meredith your pregnant congratulations" she said
"Thank you" she replied
"And you even though I love your mini Shepherds stop getting this woman knocked up God"
"Hi to you too mom nice to see you"
"Hello my son come here" she said pulling me in for a hug
"HEYYYYY!!!!!!" Addison said running towards us
"HEYYYYY" Mer said running towards her and hugging her
"Your pregnant again God Derek keep it in your pants" she joked
"Oh god these next two weeks are going to be hell" I replied
"Ok ladies lets get Mr grumpy home" Mom replied
