Iseul’s heart raced as she watched Jungkook walk away. Panic began to set in as she realized the depth of her miscalculation. Her mind spun, trying to find a way out of the mess she had created. Suddenly, she remembered Namjoon, he could wake up anytime and expose everything. She couldn’t let that happen.

Her mind raced as she formulated a plan. She had to get to the hospital and ensure Namjoon stayed silent. Grabbing her purse and keys, she hurried out of the house, her desperation fueling her every step.

Iseul arrived at the hospital, her heart pounding. She carefully made her way through the hallways, trying to blend in and avoid drawing attention to herself. She found Namjoon’s room and hesitated outside the door, taking a deep breath to steady her nerves. She needed to be calm.

She entered the room quietly, closing the door behind her. Namjoon lay in the bed, unconscious but stable. The soft beeping of the monitors was the only sound in the room. Iseul approached the bed, her mind racing with thoughts of how to handle this.

“Namjoon~" she whispered, even though he was still unconscious. “I need you to understand that you can’t say anything when you wake up. If you do, I’ll make sure it’s the last thing you ever do. I have enough influence to ruin everything for you. Your career, your friendship with them—it will all be over.”

She felt a surge of power as she spoke, her words dripping with venom. She knew she had to maintain control, to keep her secrets buried. Iseul reached into her purse and pulled out a small vial. She had come prepared. This was her last resort.

“You see this?” she said, holding the vial up to the light. “This can make you very sick, Namjoon. And if you ever think about speaking up, I won’t hesitate to use it.”

She leaned over him, her face inches from his. “Do you understand me? Not a word, Namjoon. Not a single word.”

Satisfied that she had made her point, Iseul slipped the vial back into her purse and left the room as quietly as she had entered. She made her way back to her car, her heart still racing but a sense of grim satisfaction settling over her. She had taken control of the situation. Namjoon should stay silent so that her secrets would remain safe.

As she drove home, her thoughts turned to her next steps. She needed to maintain the facade of the innocent victim, to ensure that Yoongi and everyone else believed her lies.

She had come too far to let everything fall apart now. She would protect herself, no matter what it took.

Meanwhile, Jimin was currently focusing in his work, his fingers dancing across the keyboard as he composed a new melody in his studio. The soft hum of the equipment and the gentle notes filled the room. He was in peace, completely absorbed in the music, when his phone buzzed, interrupting his flow.

He glanced at the caller ID and saw it was his parents. A slight frown crossed his face. It was unusual for them to call him during the day, especially when they knew he was working. Concerned, he answered the call.

"Hello, Mom? Dad? Is everything okay?" Jimin asked, trying to keep the worry out of his voice.

"Jimin, we need to talk to you," his father's voice came through, sounding serious. "Can you come over later today?"

Jimin's confusion deepened. "Sure, I'll come by. Is something wrong?"

"We'll explain everything when you get here," his mother added, her tone gentle but firm.

"Alright, I'll be there soon," Jimin said, ending the call. He turned to Taehyung, who was working on a sketch at a nearby desk.

"Hey, Tae, I need to leave early today. My parents called, and they want to talk to me," Jimin said, gathering his things.

Taehyung looked up, concern in his eyes. "Is everything okay?"

"I'm not sure. They sounded serious, but I'll find out soon. I'll see you tomorrow," Jimin replied, giving his friend a reassuring smile.

As he left the studio, Jimin pulled out his phone and called Jungkook. He wanted to let him know about the sudden change in plans.

"Hey, Kook," Jimin said when Jungkook answered. "I need to visit my parents later today. They called and want to talk to me about something."

Jungkook's voice was warm and understanding. "No problem, hyung. Take your time. I'll handle dinner tonight."

Jimin chuckled, feeling a bit lighter. "Just try not to burn the apartment down, okay?"

Jungkook laughed. "I'll do my best. Be safe, and let me know if you need anything."

"I will. See you later," Jimin said, ending the call.

As Jimin drove to his parents' house, his mind raced with possibilities. He couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled over him since the phone call. What could be so important that his parents needed to talk to him right away?

He pulled into the driveway of his childhood home, the familiar sight bringing a sense of comfort despite his anxiety. Taking a deep breath, he got out of the car and made his way to the front door.

Jimin's parents were waiting for him in the living room, their expressions serious. He greeted them with a hug, then sat down, bracing himself for whatever news they had to share.

"Jimin, there's something we need to discuss with you," his father began, his voice steady but serious.

Jimin nodded, his heart pounding. "What is it?"

His mother took his hand, her eyes filled with concern. "It's about Iseul. She's been... causing some trouble."

Jimin's confusion grew. "What kind of trouble?"

"We're worried about the impact she's having on your life and your relationship with Jungkook," his father explained. "She's been spreading lies and trying to manipulate everyone around her."

Jimin's mind raced, trying to process what they were saying. "What do you mean? Iseul has always been difficult, but what has she done now?"

His parents exchanged a worried look before his mother continued. "We believe she's been trying to create an issue between you and Jungkook. She's been telling people that you've been causing problems in her marriage."

Jimin felt a surge of anger and disbelief. "That's ridiculous! I've done nothing but support Jungkook and try to stay out of their issues."

"We know that, Jimin, we know that you've been covering for her all this time. We just didn't say a word because we know you love your sister so much." his father said gently. "But Iseul getting desperate, and desperate people do dangerous things. We just want you to be careful. She's been fabricating things that your mom and I know you wouldn't do."

Jimin nodded, feeling a mix of frustration and confusion. "Thank you for trusting and telling me. I'll be careful. I won't let her ruin what I have with Jungkook."

His parents nodded, their worry evident but trusting their son's actions. Jimin left their house with a thought that he needs to protect his relationship and expose Iseul's lies. As he drove back, he thought about how to confront the situation without letting it spiral out of control. He knew he had to talk to Jungkook and make sure they were on the same page.
