Namjoon walked slowly through the hospital corridor, each step measured and careful. His body is still weak but he knew he couldn't be long gone on his company. Jin was by his side, holding his arm for support. They reached the lobby, where Namjoon intended to get some fresh air, but their path was blocked by an all-too-familiar face.

Iseul stood there, her eyes wild and frantic. She stormed up to Namjoon, her voice a desperate whisper. "Namjoon, you can't do this. You can't go to the police. Please, you have to listen to me."

Namjoon straightened, his expression was cold. "Iseul, there's nothing you can say that will change my mind. You need to face the consequences of your actions."

Iseul's face contorted with anger and desperation. "You don't understand! They'll ruin me! Everything I've worked for will be gone. Please, Namjoon. You have to help me."

Jin, who had been quietly observing, stepped between them. "That's enough, Iseul. Namjoon owes you nothing. You've caused enough pain."

But Iseul was relentless, her voice rising as she pleaded. "Namjoon, you know me. You know I wouldn't hurt anyone on purpose. It was all a mistake. Please, don't let them take everything away from me."

Namjoon felt a pang of pity but remained composed. "Iseul, you made your choices. Now you have to live with them."

As they reached the parking lot, Jin opened the car door for Namjoon. He turned to Iseul, his eyes flashing with fury. "Get in the car."

Iseul hesitated, her mind racing. But seeing no other option, she climbed into the back seat, her hands trembling. Jin helped Namjoon into the front passenger seat before getting in the driver's seat. The moment the doors closed, the atmosphere in the car grew tense.

Jin twisted in his seat, his face red with anger. "You think you can just beg your way out of this? After everything you've done? You threatened Namjoon, you blackmailed him, and you think you deserve any mercy?"

Iseul's eyes filled with tears, her voice breaking. "Jin, please. I didn't mean for any of this to happen. I was desperate."

"Desperate?" Jin's voice was a low growl. "Desperation is no excuse for what you've done. You hurt Namjoon, you lied, you manipulated everyone around you. You're disgusting."

Iseul sobbed, her words incoherent. "Please, Jin. I can't lose everything. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

Jin's hand moved swiftly, the sound of the slap echoing in the confined space of the car. Iseul's head snapped to the side, and she stared at Jin in shock and fear.

"That's for Namjoon," Jin spat, his eyes blazing pulling her hair. "You think you can just walk all over people and get away with it? No more. This ends now."

Namjoon, though weak, turned to look at Iseul. His voice was soft but firm. "Jin's right, Iseul. You need to stop. Whatever happens next is up to the authorities, not us."

Iseul's sobs turned into a hysterical wail. "Please, Namjoon. I'm begging you. Don't let them take me away."

Namjoon's heart ached for the woman he once knew, but he knew that justice had to be served. "Iseul, you need help. But it's not something we can give you. It's out of our hands now."

Jin then opened the car door and goes to the driver's seat and started the car, his expression hard. "We're taking you to the police station, Iseul. It's time to face the consequences of your actions." He stated while locking the car doors.

The drive to the police station was filled with Iseul's sobbing and pleading. Jin remained silent, his focus on the road ahead, while Namjoon closed his eyes, trying to gather his strength. The weight of the situation bore down on all of them, but Namjoon felt a sense of relief knowing that Iseul would finally be held accountable.
