When Jimin arrived home, Jungkook was in the kitchen, attempting to cook dinner. The smell of something slightly burnt filled the air, but Jimin couldn't help but smile at the sight.

"Hey, I'm back," Jimin said, walking over to Jungkook and wrapping his arms around his waist.

Jungkook turned, his face lighting up with a smile. "Welcome back. How did it go with your parents?"

Jimin took a deep breath. "It was... enlightening. They warned me about Iseul. She's been spreading lies about us, trying to cause trouble."

Jungkook's expression darkened. "Iseul again. What did she say to your parents this time?"

"She's been telling people that I'm the reason her marriage is falling apart," Jimin said, his anger bubbling up. "She's trying to manipulate everyone, but I won't let her get away with it."

Jungkook pulled Jimin into a comforting embrace. "We'll get through this together, hyung. I won't let her come between us."

As Jimin and Jungkook settled into the living room after dinner, the weight of their earlier conversation lingering heavy in the air. Jimin could sense that Jungkook was still troubled, his brow furrowed in thought.

"Kookie," Jimin began gently, "there's something else on your mind, isn't there? You can talk to me."

Jungkook sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Yeah, there is. I didn't want to worry you, but I think you should know what's been going on."

Jimin's heart skipped a beat. "What is it?"

Jungkook hesitated for a moment before meeting Jimin's eyes. "Iseul has been sending me threatening messages. She said that if I don't stay away from you, she'll hurt you."

Jimin's eyes widened in shock. "What? She's threatening to hurt me?"

Jungkook nodded, his expression pained. "I didn't want to tell you because I didn't want you to be scared or mad, but I can't keep it from you anymore. You need to know what's happening."

Jimin's initial shock quickly turned to anger. "Did she already lost her mind?! She can't just threaten people like that. We need to do something about this, Jungkook."

Jungkook took Jimin's hands in his, his grip firm and reassuring. "I know, hyung. But we need to be careful. I don't want you to get hurt because of her."

Jimin squeezed Jungkook's hands, drawing strength from his touch. "We're in this together, Jungkook. We need to stand up to her and make sure she doesn't hurt anyone."

Jungkook nodded in agreement. "You're right. We need to take action. Maybe we should talk to a lawyer or go to the police. We can't let her get away with this."

Jimin agreed, feeling a renewed sense of determination. "Yes, let's do that. We can't let her control us with her threats."

The next day, as the morning sun streamed through the window, casting a warm glow over the apartment, Jimin and Jungkook had spent a sleepless night discussing the threats from Iseul, trying to figure out their next steps. They knew they needed legal advice, and the first person that came to mind was Seungmin, their old college friend who had since become a respectable lawyer.

Jimin picked up his phone and dialed Seungmin's number. It rang a few times before Seungmin answered, his voice cheerful. "Hey, Jimin! Long time no talk. What's up?"

"Seungmin, I really need your help. It's urgent," Jimin replied, his voice tinged with anxiety.

Seungmin's tone immediately shifted to one of concern. "Of course, Jimin. What's going on?"

"It's a long story, but Jungkook and I are being threatened. We need legal advice, and you're the first person we thought of," Jimin explained.

Seungmin didn't hesitate. "Come to my office. I'll clear my schedule. We need to get to the bottom of this."

A few hours later, Jimin and Jungkook arrived at Seungmin's law office. The building was modern and sleek, reflecting Seungmin's success in his career. They walked into the reception area, where a friendly receptionist greeted them.

"Mr. Park and Mr. Jeon, right? Mr. Seungmin is expecting you. Please, follow me," she said, leading them down a hallway to Seungmin's office.

Seungmin stood up from behind his desk as they entered, his face breaking into a warm smile. "Jimin, Jungkook, it's great to see you both, although I wish it were under better circumstances."

They exchanged hugs and pleasantries before sitting down. Seungmin's office was spacious, with large windows offering a view of the city. The walls were lined with bookshelves filled with legal texts, and a framed diploma from their alma mater hung prominently behind his desk.

"So, tell me everything," Seungmin said, his expression serious as he leaned forward, ready to listen.

Jungkook took a deep breath and began recounting the events that had led them to seek Seungmin's help. He described Iseul's threatening messages, her attempts to manipulate their lives, hurting him, and the fear that she would harm Jimin.

Seungmin listened intently, taking notes and asking questions to clarify certain points. When Jungkook finished, Seungmin leaned back in his chair, his expression thoughtful.

"This is serious," Seungmin said, echoing their lawyer's earlier sentiments. "Iseul's behavior is not only manipulative but also illegal. We need to take immediate action to protect both of you."

Jimin nodded. "That's why we came to you, Seungmin. We need to know what steps we can take to stop her."

Seungmin tapped his pen against his notepad, considering their options. "First, we'll need to gather all the evidence you have – the threatening messages, any recordings, and witness testimonies. Once we have a solid case, we can file for a restraining order against Iseul to keep her away from both of you."

Jungkook looked relieved. "Thank you, Seungmin. We just want to feel safe again."

Seungmin gave them a reassuring smile. "You're doing the right thing by taking legal action. We'll make sure she can't harm either of you anymore."

Over the next few days, Jimin and Jungkook worked closely with Seungmin to compile their evidence. They printed out the threatening messages from Iseul, saved copies of any suspicious emails, and provided detailed accounts of their interactions with her.

One evening, as they sat around the dining table with stacks of papers and folders, Jimin looked up at Seungmin, a question in his eyes. "Seungmin, do you think we'll be able to stop her?"

Seungmin paused, considering his words carefully. "I can't guarantee anything, Jimin, but I can promise that we'll do everything in our power to protect you and Jungkook. The law is on your side, and we'll make sure she faces the consequences of her actions."
