Yoongi took a deep breath, trying to calm his emotions. "Iseul, I have to ask you something important," he said, his voice trembling with a mix of anger and desperation. "Is the baby really mine?"

Iseul’s eyes narrowed, a defensive edge creeping into her voice. "What are you talking about, Yoongi? Of course, the baby is yours."

Yoongi shook his head, stepping closer to her. "Then why isn’t your tummy growing? You should be showing by now."

Iseul’s face paled, and for a moment, her façade of control slipped. "Yoongi, I don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re just trying to accuse me of something else."

"No, Iseul," Yoongi replied firmly. "I need the truth. Tell me, what happened to the baby?"

Iseul's lips trembled as she tried to maintain her composure. "Yoongi, just leave it. We don’t need to talk about this."

But Yoongi’s patience had worn thin. His voice rose with frustration. "You owe me the truth, Iseul! I need to know what really happened."

Iseul’s eyes darted around the room, looking for an escape, but there was none. Finally, she snapped. "Fine! You want the truth, Yoongi? You really want to know?"

Yoongi’s heart pounded in his chest as he waited for her to continue.

"I lost the baby," Iseul spat out, her voice filled with bitterness. "I lost it weeks ago."

Yoongi felt a wave of shock and confusion. "What? When did this happen? How did this happen?"

Iseul turned away, unable to meet his eyes. "It was my fault. I... I couldn’t stop using."

"Using?" Yoongi echoed, his voice filled with disbelief. "Using what?"

Iseul’s shoulders slumped in defeat. "I’ve been addicted to pills. Painkillers, mostly. I couldn’t stop, even after I found out I was pregnant."

Yoongi’s mind raced, trying to process what she was saying. "You were using drugs while you were pregnant?!"

Iseul nodded, tears streaming down her face. "Yes. I tried to stop, but the cravings were too strong. One night, I took too many, and... I lost the baby."

Yoongi’s heart ached with a mix of sorrow and rage. "Why didn’t you tell me? Why didn’t you get help?"

"I was scared," Iseul admitted, her voice breaking. "I knew you’d leave me if you found out. And I couldn’t face the shame."

Yoongi’s anger flared. "You lied to me, Iseul! You made me believe that we were having a baby, that we had a future together. All while you were hiding this from me?"

Iseul sank to the floor, her sobs wracking her body. "I’m sorry, Yoongi. I’m so sorry. I didn’t know what to do."

Yoongi knelt beside her, his own emotions a whirlwind of pain and betrayal. "Iseul, you should have told me. We could have faced this together."

She shook her head, tears falling onto the carpet. "I was too afraid. I didn’t want to lose you."

"But you’ve lost me anyway," Yoongi said softly, his voice filled with sorrow. "Your lies, your manipulation... it’s all too much."

Iseul looked up at him, her eyes pleading. "Please, Yoongi. Don’t leave me. I need you."

Yoongi stood up, his resolve hardening. "I can’t do this anymore, Iseul. You need help, and I can’t be the one to give it to you. I need to think about my own sanity and my own life."

Iseul’s sobs grew louder as Yoongi turned and walked towards the door. "Yoongi, please! Don’t leave me!"

He paused at the doorway, his heart heavy. "I’m sorry, Iseul. But I can’t stay here anymore. I hope you get the help you need."
