She had been assigned to write an article about the school's top students, and Celestia was the perfect candidate. Pero sa totoo lang, matagal na siyang humahanga kay Celestia. She just needed an excuse to talk to her.
Jhoanna saw Celestia approaching, carrying a stack of books. She waved and smiled. "Hi, Celestia! Ready ka na for our interview?"
Celestia smiled back, a bit shyly. "Hi, Jhoanna. Oo naman, ready na ako."

They found a quiet corner in the library. Jhoanna took out her notepad and started with the basics. "So, Celestia, ano ang mga paborito mong subjects?"
"Um, I really like science and math. Ever since I was a kid, fascinated na talaga ako sa mga experiments at equations," Celestia replied, her eyes lighting up as she talked about her passions.
"Wow, ang galing mo naman. Alam mo, bilib na bilib ako sa dedication mo," Jhoanna said, jotting down notes while trying to hide her admiration.

The interview continued smoothly, with Jhoanna asking about Celestia's study habits and future plans. Every answer made Jhoanna more fascinated. Nakikita niyang hindi lang magaling si Celestia, kundi may tunay na pagmamahal sa pag-aaral.
After the interview, they decided to take a break. Lumabas sila ng library at naglakad-lakad sa campus. The school event was in full swing, with booths and activities everywhere.
"Ang saya naman dito," Celestia said, looking around.
"Yeah, it's always fun. By the way, may academic competition mamaya, di ba?" Jhoanna asked.
"Oo, sasali nga ako," Celestia replied, a bit nervous.
"Kaya mo 'yan. I'll be cheering for you," Jhoanna said with a reassuring smile. "Thank you Jho." Celestia smiled at her

TIME SKIP
When the competition started, Jhoanna found a spot in the audience, her camera ready. She watched as Celestia answered questions with confidence and ease. Finally, Celestia won the competition, and the crowd erupted in applause.
Jhoanna rushed to meet her afterwards. "You were amazing out there. You make it look so easy," she said, handing Celestia a bottle of water.
"Thank you, Jhoanna. It means a lot coming from you," Celestia said, blushing slightly.
They found a quiet spot under a tree to sit and talk. Jhoanna couldn't help but ask more personal questions. "So, Celestia, bakit ka sobrang dedicated sa pag-aaral?"
Celestia looked thoughtful. "I guess... I just love learning. Every new fact feels like a tiny adventure."
Jhoanna smiled. "I feel the same way about writing. Parang, bawat kwento, may bagong mundo akong nade-discover."
They sat in comfortable silence for a while, just enjoying each other's company. Finally, Jhoanna gathered her courage. "Honestly, I took this assignment because I wanted to get to know you better. You've always fascinated me."
Celestia looked surprised but happy. "I've always admired you too, Jhoanna. Your passion is... contagious."
Jhoanna's heart skipped a beat. She reached out and gently took Celestia's hand. "So, paano yan? Friends na tayo... or maybe more?"

As the sun set, casting a golden glow over the campus, Jhoanna and Celestia walked back hand in hand, both excited for the new chapter of their lives.
