THIRD PERSON POV

The sleek black car stopped in front of the prestigious university gates. It was a massive campus, surrounded by towering trees that cast long shadows in the late afternoon sun. The air felt... different. Heavy. As if something unseen was watching.

"You ready, nak?" Y/N's father asked, his deep voice filled with concern. As the CEO of Hernandez Corp., he always made sure Y/N had the best, but this—this transfer to a new school—felt more like a strategic move than a simple academic decision.

Y/N sighed, gripping her bag tightly. "Opo," she replied, forcing a small smile. But in truth, something about this place unsettled her.

"Good. If anything happens, call me." His tone was firm, but Y/N just nodded. She had no idea why he seemed so serious about this university, but she brushed it off.

As she stepped out of the car, she adjusted her uniform. The crisp white blouse and dark blue skirt fit her well, but she still felt out of place. The moment her shoes hit the pavement, a chill ran down her spine.

Inside the university, whispers followed her. Students stole quick glances at her, some murmuring among themselves.

"Bagong student?"

"Infairness, maganda siya."

"I think 'yun yung anak ng Hernandez."

Y/N ignored the hushed voices, already used to the attention that came with her last name. However, something about their stares felt... different. It wasn't just curiosity—it was caution. As if they knew something she didn't.

A light tap on her shoulder made her turn around.

"Uy, pinsan!"

Her lips parted in surprise as she saw a familiar face—Justin de Dios.

"Kuya!" Y/N's tense shoulders eased as she hugged her cousin. "Anong ginagawa mo dito?"

Justin chuckled. "Dito ako nag-aaral, duh. 'Di ba sinabi ni Tita?"

She shook her head. "Nope, puro 'ingat' lang ang sinabi niya."

His smile faltered for a second before he quickly masked it. "Well, at least you're not alone. Halika, I'll take you to your first class."

As they walked through the campus, Y/N took in the surroundings. The university was beautiful, but there was something almost... eerie about it. The old buildings, the dim hallways, and the way students moved—it all felt strange.

And then she saw them.

Near the main building, standing in a group, were eight girls. They weren't just beautiful—they were unnaturally beautiful. Their skin was impossibly flawless, their eyes sharp and intense, glowing under the dim light. Each of them had a presence that demanded attention, like predators watching their prey.
