-4 Months Later-

"I was starting to get worried, you're almost never late."

The green haired boy took the seat next to me, right as the school bell rang.

"Sorry, I was held up by a villain," Izuku explained. "Mount Lady and Kamui Woods took good care of him!"

"Damn, I wish I could've seen that fight."

The teacher took his place at the front of the classroom. "So, as third year students, it's time to start thinking seriously about your futures and what you want to do with your lives." He was blonde and practically balding. The way he spoke to us made it clear that he doesn't like his job. "I could pass out some career aptitude tests, but why bother? I know you all want to go to the hero track!"

Everyone in the classroom cheered, using their quirks, aside from Izuku, Katsumi, Bakugo, and I. Sure, we all want into UA's hero course, but it's obvious that not many people will actually make it in. Take the boy who sits to the other side of me for example. His quirk just makes him built like a pufferfish. And we can't forget the boy in front of me with a giraffe neck. Honestly, if I were them, I would've rather been born quirkless.

"Yes, yes, you've got some very impressive quirks, but no power usage allowed in school! Get a hold of yourselves!"

My boyfriend raised his hand, as he avoided eye contact with any of the other students.

"Hey, teach!" Bakugo called out, resting his shoes on his desk. "Don't lump me in with this buncha losers. I'm the real deal, but these guys'll be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-Lister."

Says the snarky little bitch who never went through one combat training class. He may be able to pull shit over with Izuku and some of the other kids, but he's never gonna win in a fight against me!

"You think you're better than us, Katsuki?!" One of the students, who's name I didn't care to remember, shouted at the boy.

"Let's go, I'll take you all on!"

"Huh?" The teacher checked his clipboard. "You've got impressive test results. Maybe you will get into UA High."

All of the kids whispered to each other about how Bakugo was planning to attend UA, the national school, which also had a 0.2% acceptance rate.

"That's exactly why it's the only place worthy of me." The blonde bragged, jumping up onto his desk. "I aced all the mock tests. I'm the only one at this school who stands a chance at getting in. I'll end up more popular than All Might himself and be the richest hero of all time! People all across the world will know who I am. And it all starts with UA High!"

For some reason, that made me giggle. "Dream on."

"What did you say to me?!"

"Hate to break it to ya, but you don't act like a hero," I spurted. "There's more to it than fighting."

"I'd like to see you get in, you-"

"Oh yeah, Midoriya, Tsutsumi, Shirakumo, didn't you three wanna go to UA too?" The teacher interrupted.

Embarrassed, Izuku put his head down on his desk, as all heads turned to him. Laughter filled the room, mocking him.

"Midoriya? You're kidding, right?" A kid snickered at him. "There's no way you're getting into the hero course without a quirk!"

As much as I hate to admit it, the kid was right. But that doesn't mean that's impossible.

Trying to save himself, the green haired boy stood up from his seat. "Well, actually they got rid of that rule. I could be the first one."

Bakugo launched himself at Izuku, blowing up his desk when his fist collided with the wood. He fell back onto the floor, as he looked up at his former friend in fear. I know that Izuku told me not to get involved with him and Bakugo, but I don't like it. Why can't I just put that bastard in his place?!

"Listen up, Deku!" The blonde hollered. "You're even worse than the rest of these damn rejects, you quirkless wannabe. You really think they'd let someone like you in when they could have me?"

"Huh. No way!" Izuku frantically backed up against the wall. "I'm not trying to compete against you. You gotta believe me! It's just that I've wanted to be a hero since I was little. I may not have a quirk, but I can still try my hardest, can't I?"

"You'd never be able to hang with the best of the best." Smoke flared from the bully's palms. "You'd die in the exams! Defenseless Izuku. This school's already crappy. You really wanna embarrass it more by failing so hard?"

The second that this boy gets a camera on him will be the end of his career. Talk about an Endeavor part two.

After class, I briefly talked with my boyfriend, making sure that he was alright. He told me that he was fine and was just gonna catch up on his hero notes. That's what he always says though. Usually, I walked home with him and Katsumi, but today it was just me and my bestie.

"You're lookin' to go to UA to, huh?" The white-haired girl stretched her arms as she walked. "Thought you were just gonna stick with the Commission's program."

"Technically, I'm not supposed to be telling you this, but you're my best friend so it doesn't count," I began. "UA is getting a new teacher next year: All Might."

    "WHAT?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"

"Of course I am," I chuckled. "Sir Nighteye isn't really in contact with him anymore, so he wants me to keep tabs on him." This was true, but not fully. All Might is known for his gigantic, muscular build. No one, other than the hero's most trusted companions, have seen him in his normal, weaker form. His time to transform has significantly decreased since his fight with AFO, which gave Mirai the idea to have me watch over him. I honestly have no idea how he wants me to pull this off, but I was told to make sure that his cover isn't blown while he's at the school. It doesn't make it any easier that All Might doesn't know who I am or that I'm any way related to his former sidekick. "I actually don't have to take the normal exam either, since Mirai got me into the recommendation test."

"Getting in on recommendation by All Might's former sidekick?!" Katsumi dramatically gasped. "There's no way you're not getting in."

"You better get in with me." I playfully bumped her shoulder. "Class would be boring without you."

"What about your boyfriend?" Her expression became serious. "You know he wants to go to UA too. It's gonna crush him if you get in and he doesn't."

A wave of sadness enveloped me. "He can do anything he sets his mind to, I know it. Yet again, I don't want to see him get hurt."

If only there was some way for him to get into the list of candidates for the inheritance of OFA.
