After we woke up, we headed to the common area bathrooms to brush our teeth, before going downstairs to eat breakfast. It was strange to be living with my classmates, but I honestly loved it! I will admit that I do miss Mirai though.
"Hey, (Y/n)!" Izuku ran up to me as I was about to enter the main gates.
"Hey Izuku, what's up?" I smiled, stopping for him.
"Are you mad at me?"
"Why would I be mad?" I tilted my head.
"You never answered my call or texts from last night."
"Oh shit!" I blurted. "Sorry, I was having a sleepover with the girls and forgot to text you back."
"It's alright. That makes more sense, haha." He gave me a smile. "What did you guys do?"
"We mostly watched movies and talked about... um."
"Talked about what?"
"Okay, so the girls may or may not know about us." I awkwardly rubbed the back of my head. "They saw your name with a heart next to it when you called, which led to them interrogating me." He stayed silent, which caused me to continue. "They wouldn't have believed me if I didn't tell the truth. I'm sorry."
I felt a warm hand grab mine. "Don't be. I guess there isn't any reason that we need to stay secret anymore."
Giving Izuku a peck on the cheek, I smiled at him. "I love you."
"I love you too."
-In Class-
"I believe I mentioned this already, but your main focus this summer is obtaining provisional hero licenses," Mr. Aizawa started.
"Yes, sir!"
"Do not take this lightly," our teacher continued. "A hero license means that you're responsible for human lives. You can imagine that the exam to receive one is very difficult. Only 50% of students pass the tests required for these permits each year."
"It's that hard to get a provisional license?" Mineta questioned. Well, they can't just give them out to anybody.
"In order to prepare, today you'll concentrate on creating something new." Into the room came Midnight, Cementoss, and Ectoplasm. "Two ultimate moves."
"Ultimate moves?!" Kaminari, Mina, Sero, and Kirishima exclaimed. "An exam is a normal school thing, but this is total hero work!"
"When we say 'ultimate,' we mean a move that will ensure you win against your opponent," Ectoplasm explained.
"An action so unique to your identity that no other person can hope to copy it," Cementoss continued. "Simply put, you must learn to lean into your strengths."
"Your moves represent who you are," Midnight added. "These days, most pros have an ultimate move. Those who don't are fools."
"This may sound abstract, but we'll explain more as the day goes on," Mr. Aizawa mentioned. "For now, change into your costumes and meet in Gym Gamma."
-In Gym Gamma-
"Gym Gamma, also known at the academy as the 'Training Dining Land,' or TDL." Like Tokyo Disney Land? How... creative.
"This facility was my idea," Cementoss explained, as he built a small structure out of cement. "We can prepare unique terrains and obstacles for each student here. Here you will learn to serve up justice, hence the name."
