A week had passed since we had started to work at the most prominent agency in all of Japan.

Surprisingly, it didn't take me too long to learn how to focus my blood into a small point, so it could break through my skin. If I had to make larger incisions for my Hecate or Blood Geyser, I'd create a sharp point with my blood rope, before slicing open wherever I needed.

The blades in my gauntlets are no longer needed, but I'm keeping them just in case.

"That thief took my bag!" Some random man shouted. "Someone, call a hero!"

The five of us immediately sprang into action, moving towards the voice. Still too slow. Just as we were just in reach of the villain, Endeavor tackled the robber, like he was a quarterback.

"We were the ones who responded first this time," Todoroki huffed.

"And we were still too slow," I pouted.

"Dammit, how did he beat us again?" Bakugo groaned.

"Bro's Sonic for real," Katsumi panted.

Just as the number one hero was scolding the man for carrying cash on him, we could hear his radio go off.

    "Endeavor, we've got a hit-and-run in Area 23!"

"Got it. Be right there!" Once again, he's gone.

I smirked, turning to my bestie. "Let's beat him!"

"Aye aye, captain!" She saluted me jokingly, before pulling us into the shadow of the store.

"You seriously can't be ditching us now!" Bakugo growled.

"Sorry babe, I'll make it up to you later." The white-haired girl winked, before we were completely gone.

Emerging from a shadow in Area 23, we saw the villain... being restrained by Endeavor.

"Oh, come on! How the hell did he beat teleportation?!" I don't understand how I kept up with him as Lady Hecate. Well, I guess I didn't follow him into the fight. It was more like finding new sniping spots.

The boys showed up less than a minute after us.

"Let's stop here for today," the number one hero offered. "You should return to your rooms and get some sleep."

"I'm not done fighting!" The blonde yelped.

    "Don't argue, Kacchan!"

"What about you?" Todoroki pondered. "You're not coming back with us?"

"I'll head in after patrol's over," the man nodded. "We have an early day tomorrow. Don't start it out fatigued."

He walked away, allowing the five of us to start heading back. I am not cut out for this. Why did I even choose this agency to begin with? I'm better off fighting in the shadows, like Mr. Aizawa.

The Endeavor Agency was a large building with too many levels to count. A handful of the upper floors are designated rooms, for the sidekicks and work study students. Surprisingly, the five of us had rooms all next to each other.

Our temporary living quarters looked like a five-star hotel room. Expensive nightstands made of oak wood stood on both sides of the queen-sized bed. Even the material of the bedding and curtains felt expensive. Endeavor really had money to kill.
