-At The Temple Ruins-
I was part of the main group, which was responsible for facing the main villain. Near the back was our lookout, consisted of Kyoka, Ojiro, Shoji, and Izuku. They were also responsible for watching the kids. Unfortunately, Katsumi and I were split up, since she was put in Tokoyami and Mina's group, since they were fighting in an underground cave. Richie dwells in the darkness.
Momo and Aoyama are our first line of defense. With one giant Navel Laser and two giant cannons, the three villains that approached from the bridge were forced to split up.
The white-haired villain walked forward as if nothing happened. Now, it's my turn! Springing out from behind a withered rock structure, I flew into the air using my Blood Geyser. Once the man was in my range, I stopped spewing blood from my hands, changing the spirals into blood ropes, which wrapped around my target's entire body. I can hover in the air with just the spirals coming from my shoes, but I can't navigate well without my hands.
Earlier, Ochaco touched hundreds of small boulders with her quirk, which now floated through the air. Each stone was attached to a piece of Sero's tape, letting him swing them in the man's direction. It didn't matter though. Purple lasers shot out of the villain's fingers, evaporating the blood bonds and shooting at the three of us. I was lucky enough to reform the spirals on my hand, so I was able to fly out of his eyesight.
The brunette continued to touch larger boulders, while Sero threw them with his tape. At the same time, I began to gain altitude. Once I was high enough, I created a blob of blood. This is gonna take at least one liter of blood, so I'll pretty much be running on fumes after this. The red liquid shaped itself into sharp spikes, before I released it. My blood doesn't retain its shape for more than a few seconds once it's separated from me. After these projectiles pierce this man, then they'll return to their original state.
"Blood Rain!"
The crimson spikes rained down on the villain, causing him to shoot various lasers at them... or so I thought. As I dodged one of the lasers, which I thought he was blankly shooting at my attack, I was hit by another one, taking out half of my torso. Damnit, I don't have enough blood to even hover. My body began to lose altitude, as my vision began to turn red.
Out of the corner of my eye, I could see the other two and Mineta working together to enclose the villain in rocks and sticky balls. Not even that could contain him.
Not even five seconds into my freefall, I was caught by my prince charming.
"(Y/n)!" He shouted in a worried tone.
"Looks like I'm the one who overdid it this time," I tiredly laughed.
Quickly, he retreated to where the lookout was, setting me down against the wall. The green haired boy cupped my cheek, before leaving a peck on my forehead. "I'll be right back."
And just like that, he went back into the fight, now joined by Bakugo. I did my best to hang on to my consciousness, but I failed. I used up more blood to heal my wound. Now I don't have enough to keep myself awake. It's all up to them now...
***
I woke up to a metallic taste in my mouth.
"Yo, (Y/n) wake up." Opening my eyes, I saw Hawks, holding up a blood bag with a straw in it.
"Keigo?" Hazily, I took the blood bag, sipping the liquid from the straw. I'm able to reabsorb blood throughout any part of my body, but sometimes this is quicker... even though it tastes weird. "Is Katsuma alright?"
"The kid, right?" The birdman tilted his head. "Yeah, and surprisingly there's no casualties."
"How are the others?!" I blurted. "I was taken out pretty early from that guy's laser fingers."
"Laser fingers, huh?" Hawks began to flap his wings, lifting himself off of the ground. "There were no major injuries, other than Bakugo and Midoriya. They're alive, they just have a bunch of broken bones."
"I can't say I'm surprised." Shakily, I got back on my feet, finally free from the dizziness.
"I need to go check on some other things, so see ya." The number two hero was almost out of sight, before I heard him shout. "Your two classmates are over by that wall if you wanna see them!"
"Thanks." I waved, watching him fly out of my sight.
I made my way over to the stone wall, immediately seeing All Might, who held Izuku, as him and Bakugo laid on the ground. They're safe.
-A Week Later-
The pros and the Japanese military took over our job for the next few days. Three out of four of the villains were apprehended, while the main villain was assumed to be dead. The Hero's Public Safety Commission also decided to suspend the program, but we still thought that we should stay and help with repairing the damage.
"Shouldn't we like say something before we leave?" Kaminari questioned.
The twenty-two of us were all back on the boat that we came in on, ready to go back to the mainland.
"We wouldn't want to interrupt the recovery efforts," Iida reasoned.
"I can't believe it's time for us to go already." Izuku walked up to Bakugo, Katsumi and me.
"Good riddance," Bakugo huffed.
"What the fuck!" The white-haired girl scowled. "I've been on this goddamn island for the past few weeks and not once have I seen a shark!"
"There weren't any beach raccoons either," I frowned. "But it was nice to have our own agency."
The boat sounded its horn, as we pulled away from the dock.
"So, you're really going to leave without saying goodbye to those kids," the blonde mentioned. "What's up with that?"
"There are things I wanted to say," Izuku admitted. "But it's okay. I'm sure they already know how I feel."
"Hey! Down here!" Looking at the sound of the noise, we noticed Katsuma and Mahoro running along the dock, while the ship moved. "Mr. Deku!"
"Bakugo! Everyone!"
All of the others on the deck below were waving, so Katsumi, Izuku, and I joined in.
"Thank you so much!" The two shouted. "You saved us! You saved the whole island!"
"I'll get stronger!" Katsuma yelled. "I promise you I will! I'll get strong enough to protect daddy and Mahoro! Wait and see! And then, I'll be a cool hero like you and Bakugo, who always wins in a battle no matter the odds!"
"Ha, you better work hard you damn brat and don't forget that." Is Bakugo smiling?
"Hey!" Izuku grinned. "Katsuma listen, you can become a hero! I'll see you at UA someday!" I couldn't help but let out a small giggle. "What?"
"Nothing," I smiled. "It's just cute to see how easily you inspire those around you."
Bakugo gritted his teeth, before pushing himself off of the railing that he leaned on. "Do you two have to flirt in front of us?"
"We weren't flirting," I raised my brow. "Can't I compliment people?"
