-The Next Day-
As Izuku, Katsumi, and I had reached the gates of UA High, we noticed that it was swarmed with cameras. Ugh, I hate reporters. Almost immediately recognizing our uniforms, the interviewers flocked around us.
"Hey, you three!" A lady shouted, forcing a microphone into our faces. "Can you tell us what it's like to work so closely with All Might?"
"No." I bluntly answered, dragging my two companions away by their backpacks.
"(Y/n), that was mean!" Izuku pouted. "You could've at least said that we had to go to class or something."
"But what's the fun in that," Katsumi chuckled.
One thing that I learned while I was training with the Commission was to avoid the media at all costs. That was the case for Lady Hecate at least. I still hate those nosy ass people who try to pry into people's private lives. Half the time they're in harm's way just to get an inside scoop. How annoying.
-In Class-
"Decent work on yesterday's combat training, you guys," Mr. Aizawa congratulated us. "I saw the video feeds and went over each of your team's results. Bakugo, you're talented so don't sulk like a child about your loss, okay?" BAHAHA! As he should!
"Yeah, whatever," the blonde huffed.
"And Midoriya," our teacher continued. "I see the only way you won the match was by messing up your arm again. Work harder and don't give me that excuse that you don't have control over your quirk. That line's already getting old. You can't keep breaking your body while training here. But your quirk will be really useful if you can get a handle on it, so show a little urgency."
"Right," Izuku beamed.
"Let's get down to business," Mr. Aizawa declared. "Our first task will decide your future." This must be important, perhaps another quirk test? "You all need to pick a class representative." Nevermind.
"Pick me, guys! I wanna be class rep!" Kirishima shouted.
All of the others got up from their seats, promoting themselves. I don't care to be a leader; I'm sitting this one out. If I was selected as class rep, then... let's just say their parents might have to start digging some graves. Katsumi didn't seem too interested in the position either, as she idly stared out the window at... Bakugo's reflection?
"Silence, everyone, please!" Iida shouted. "The class representative's duty is to lead others. That's not something that just anyone can do. You must first have the trust of every student in the classroom. Therefore, the most logical way to fill this position is democratically. We will hold an election to choose our leader!"
"It's pretty obvious that you want us to vote for you." The class as a whole declared as Iida raised his hand. He wouldn't be a bad option, but I feel like him being in charge would be a nightmare. Rules aren't really my thing when it comes to fighting.
"I guess voting isn't a terrible idea," I said.
"But we've only known each other for a few days, how do we know who we can trust?" Asui questioned.
"Most people will vote for themselves, so whoever gets multiple votes is the best choice!"
Everyone ended up with one or zero votes, except for me with four, Momo with two, and Izuku with three.
"How did I get three votes?!" Izuku shouted.
"Okay, you idiots, who voted for him?!" Bakugo growled, getting up from his seat.
