Chapter 84

Y/n's POV

I started coughing as the explosion settled and the smoke from it was drifting through the air. I looked up stunned at the damaged we left before seeing dad's scarf flying off with the wind and dad punching Hades in the face. Hades was sent flying from dad's punch as I heard mom cheer for dad. "Ah! Help!" Mom shouted. I turned to see what was going on before seeing mom almost falling off the ship. "Don't worry Lucy, I got you." Celestia said, catching her. Celestia pulled mom back onto the ship, accidentally making mom do the splits with her legs, which she screamed in pain about. "No. That's impossible. My Arcane magic had no effect on you? How could that be?" Hades asked. I looked back to dad seeing him walking towards Hades. "My magic lies within... It couldn't have..." Hades started before holding his hand over his right eye. Dad rushed forward, uppercutting Hades again, sending him to the floor. "What have you done to my heart?" Hades asked. I looked at him, confused, before seeing the monsters around Hades start to crumble. "Look at that. The monsters are starting to crumble." Big sis said.

"They're disintegrating." Gray corrected. Dad kept attacking Hades as Hades stopped moving. "Wow..." Celestia said. I looked back at her to see her looking back towards the island. As I looked at the island, I saw the Great Tenrou tree growing back just like it was before everything happened. "Are you kidding me?" Gray asked. 

"This is amazing." I said. 

"How'd it get back to normal?" Mom asked. As we looked at the tree, I noticed my guild mark glow before seeing everyone else's glow as well. "What's happening?" Mom asked.

"Our emblems are glowing." Celestia said. I sighed before smiling as I looked at my guild mark. I could feel my magic power returning as the glow continued. "Our magic power... is back." Big sis said.

"Well, it's about time." Gray said. I heard dad growl slightly before I looked back at him getting to my feet so I could join him. "This is what you get for hurting our master! You jerk!" Dad shouted. As dad was about to hit Hades with his fist, Hades quickly shifted and punched dad right in the face. "Dad!" I shouted. 

"Stay back!" Hades shouted, casting a spell. The spell made dad stop for a second to recover from the light it made before Hades kicked dad. "Until I stand above all others who follow the path or sorcery, the devil within me will never sleep!" Hades shouted. Dad was sent flying as I rushed towards Hades. As I got close, I saw Laxus stepping in front of me, punching Hades in the face, sending him flying back. "Laxus." Dad said, looking at Laxus.

"Attack! Come on Fairy Tail!" Laxus shouted. Dad and I released our Lightning dragon states again, charging towards Hades as Laxus took another attack. "This might be our last chance, so let's make this count!" Big sis shouted.

"We gotta blast this geezer with everything we have!" Gray added. They were rushing towards Hades as he started to prepare for another round of our fight. "If you come any closer, then you'll have to feel my wrath!" Hades said. He blasted us back with a spell while mom mentioned not having a contract before opening a celestial gate I didn't know she had. A goat rushed forward and started kicking Hades before talking about joining mom's team. "I wanna get a hit in too! Sky Dragon Wing Attack!" Celestia called. She hit Hades from behind with her wind, sending him crashing across the floor. "Ice make! Ice Bringer!" Gray shouted, slicing Hades with two giant ice swords. 

"Requip. Heaven's Wheel. Pentagram sword!" Big sis shouted slicing Hades again with her swords. Hades was sent sliding back, but remained standing as he was in line for dad and I. We roared rushing towards Hades with lightning magic on one fist and our water or fire magic on the other. "Grimoire..." Hades started.

"Dragon slayer Secret art, Crimson Lotus: Exploding Lightning blade!" Dad shouted.

"Dragon Slayer Secret art, Ocean Blue: Lightning Blade!" I shouted. Our attacks hit Hades with enough force sent flying into the ground a ways away from us. As we stood there looking at Hades, making sure he wasn't getting up again, some rays of light came up over the rumble of the ship and blinded dad and I for a second. Hades was down for the count before dad and I fell to our knees. "We did it, Gramps. We showed him who's boss. We put everything on the line and we showed him the power of our guild. Yeah!" Dad shouted. I smiled as dad cheered for our victory as Celestia came running over to me, wrapping her arms around my neck. "Fairy Tail is the Greatest!" Dad cried. I smiled, patting the back of Celestia's head since she was clearly worried about me. "I'm glad that's over." Gray said. 

"Yeah." Big sis agreed.

"So I guess this means we won?" Celestia asked, breaking her hug with me.

"Course we did." I answered. 

"Here you might want this." Mom said, handing dad his scarf back. Dad made a comment about it being a little cold while taking the scarf. I rolled my eyes at dad's comment while Celestia laughed. "Please help us!" Carla cried.

"You've got to save us!" Happy added. 

"What is it now?" Dad asked.

"Who's that behind them?" Mom asked. I looked behind Happy and Carla, seeing Lily and Sapphire running right behind them. Behind those two were a bunch of grunt soldiers from Grimoire Heart chasing them with swords, hammers, and staffs. "Talk about bad timing." Gray said. I went to get up, but my legs weren't moving. "Oh, come on..." I complained. 

"Oh no. I'm completely drained of magic power right now." Big sis said.

"Me too." Celestia said. Lily mentioned that he was also out of magic power to fight before I felt a familiar presence behind us. "Stay right where you are." Gramps said. I smiled and leaned back some letting Celestia support me. "Hey Gramps!" Dad said.

"Everyone's here." Mom said.

"Master's better and so is Gajeel." Celestia said.

"Good to see you guys." Gray said.

"Indeed." Big sis agreed. I noticed her smiling and talking about the Tenrou tree before the soldiers from Grimoire Heart looked at Gramps, then at Hades, stunned to see it. "I order you to get off this island immediately." Gramps ordered. The soldiers quickly left the ship, heading towards the water to get off the island. Everyone started celebrating before Celestia looked at me. "Drained of magic?" She asked.

"Sure am. Plus, I can feel that lightning magic working its way out of my system. Honestly, it's making me feel a little sick." I said.

"Sorry to hear that, but I can't do anything for you right now." Celestia said.

"Sure you can. A small kiss?" I asked. Celestia blushed a bright red before looking around to make sure no one else was watching before placing a small kiss on my cheek. "There. Feel better?" Celestia asked.

"Yup." I answered. I heard some giggles before looking over and seeing Happy and Sapphire watching us. Celestia turned a deeper shade of red before chasing after Happy and Sapphire, yelling at them as they ran away from her. "Now let's get back to the trial!" Dad cheered.

"Are you kidding me?" Happy asked, finally getting away from Celestia.

"Since the trial was interrupted by Grimoire Heart, so it doesn't count. I say we simplify things and have an all out battle." Dad suggested. Gajeel came charging over to dad, hitting his head against dad's. "You must've been hit in the head one too many times to think you stayed a chance against me when you're all busted up like that." Gajeel said.

"Chill out, Gajeel." Levy said, trying to interrupt their fight.

"Whatever, it'll be a cinch since I'm a lightning flame dragon." Dad said before collapsing. I smiled and laughed before Celestia suggested going back to base camp. Everyone started making their way back to base camp, leaving mom to carry dad back to camp. Celestia was helping me by holding my hand and making sure I stayed upright until we got back to camp. I heard Gramps talking about how magic was alive and it could be anything and everything, so long as the caster made it so. Once we made it back to base camp, dad was placed on a mat before passing out sleeping. I was doing my best to fight off the exhaustion and stress that the lightning magic left me with. Celestia was treating everyone's wounds while I did my best to pass her some supplies from the boxes we had left. Eventually, while Celestia was healing, everyone big sis came over in a nurse outfit and managed to get all the guys onto her side while Celestia looked sad about it. "Come on, look at the bright side as least you get to take a little break for a while." Levy said, trying to cheer her up. 

"Is it because she has bigger boobs than I do?" Celestia asked. I smiled and sat down in front of her. "Hey, I could use a little healing." I said. Celestia looked at me before smiling and nodding. While Celestia was healing me, I looked over to see big sis accidentally tying up Gray and Gajeel with one bandage. "That's why I trust you to heal me more." I said, pointing out what was happening with big sis. As Celestia was healing me, I ended up falling asleep while sitting up.
