Y/n's POV

"The old man came back." Dad said, smiling as he looked at Gildarts. As I looked at Gildarts' face, I saw the anger that he was holding back while we were there with him. "You need to get out of here." Gildarts said.

"What for?" Dad asked.

"Dad I think it's best we listen." I said. A strong aura started coming off of Gildarts and the guy from Grimoire Heart as they stared each other down. "That look on Gildarts' face is one of the most intense things I've ever seen." Happy said.

"Yes, I can agree with that." Carla agreed.

"Now go!" Gildarts shouted. He rushed towards the guy from Grimoire Heart before the ground beneath him was flipped over. "That's crazy!" Mom shouted. Dad jumped to his feet, cheering about how cool Gildarts was. Gildarts destroyed the piece of ground that came out from under him before they went to punch each other. As their fists connected, they sent out a shockwave that knocked us into the air. Dad face planted into a rock while the rest of us landed on some broken ground. "That hurt." Celestia complained.

"I think we should all stay out of their way." Mom said.

"No kidding, this is going to get crazy fast." I said. I looked over, seeing Happy with a rock on his head while asking if Carla was okay. She mentioned how she could barely hear him with the rock that was on his face. I turned back to the fight, seeing both of them land on the ground completely unscathed. "Unbelievable. He pushed me back?" The Grimoire Hearts guy asked. .We all stood there shocked that Gildarts wasn't having any troubles with the guy we could barely touch. "I'm getting scared. I'm thinking we should probably get away from here like he asked us to." Celestia said.

"Yeah, you're right. Hey Cana?" Mom asked, looking at her.

"Let's go, Gildarts can handle it. We'd only get in his way if we hung around." Cana said. Mom gasped a little before looking at the ground, upset about something. "Let's fly." The Grimoire Hearts guy said. Dad was standing there, stunned by the fight. "Awesome." He muttered. Mom was pulling on his arm, trying to get him to move away from the fight. I walked over to Celestia and took Gramps from her and resting him on my back as we started walking away from the area. Cana was just staring over at Gildarts, looking at him like she was worried and wanted to tell him something. "Cana! Hurry up!" Happy called. She started following us as we ran off away from the area where they were fighting."Man, I can't believe we're missing out on the fight of the century right now." Dad complained.

"Sorry, but making sure our friends are okay is more important!" Mom shouted at him.

"Hopefully, the others have found their way back to base camp. We need to regroup and figure out our exit strategy." Carla said.

"Don't forget, Mest... I mean Doran bolt promised to do his best to help us get off this island." Celestia reminded.

"Talk about a leaky vessel." Carla added. I giggled slightly at Carla's comment on Mest as we continued walking towards base camp. While we were walking back to the camp, the ground started shaking before I looked up, seeing Tenrou Tree starting to fall over. "What in the heck is going on!" Dad shouted as we started running.

"Hurry Carla!" Happy shouted.

"You're behind me!" Carla pointed out.

"We all gotta hurry and get back to camp asap." Dad said, before gasping. As we were running, my body suddenly felt really weak, like I was running out of energy to move. "What the?" Dad asked, falling to his knees.

"What's happening? I feel like I'm running out of juice." Mom said. I fell to my knees, trying to keep Gramps from hitting the ground. "I feel like my legs just stopped working. What's wrong with me?" Celestia complained. I looked in front of us, seeing Carla, Happy and Sapphire all on the ground. I could feel my magic power pouring out of my body as I struggled to stay on my knees. "What gives? What's happening to all of us? I can barely move. It feels like all my strength was sucked out of me." Dad complained.

"No kidding, I'm barely staying up." I added.

"My head is spinning in circles. I may hurl. I'd roll out of the way if I were you, Cana. You okay? Cana? Come on, this isn't funny. You have to get up." Mom said. Mom collapsed as I looked at her and Cana. "I'm so tired. My vision's blurry. Is this some kind of spell?" Celestia asked. Everyone passed out while I stayed there on my knees, focusing on breathing, while each moment got tougher than the last to stay up. "I'm not falling. Not while everyone else is passed out." I ordered myself. The more I focused on my breathing, the harder it got to stay standing.

"Y/n? How are you still up?" Mom asked, looking at me. I didn't answer, as I barely kept myself on my knees while my magic power was draining. "Any luck, anyone?" Mom asked.

"Not here. My magic power is almost depleted, but I can't figure out what's causing me to lose it." Carla said. Happy complained about a ride like he was on a rollercoaster. "This started after that giant tree toppled over. Do you think there's a connection?" Celestia said.

"Yeah, maybe. Whatever the reason is, I don't think we're in any condition to fix it." Mom said. I focused on keeping myself up while listening to them talk about the reason behind what was going on. "Natsu, will you carry me on your back the rest of the way?" Happy asked.

"Sorry, but I can't move to get you right now. This sucks. Are we really stuck here like this? I hope it's just us. If it's not, we're totally screwed." Dad said. I took a deep breath before thinking about big sis and how she must be fighting no matter what was happening. Magic power was flowing from the ground as the ground shook again before a giant ball of flames and light filled the sky. "What's that?" I asked.

"No, Erza." Dad said. I looked at the sky, shocked about dad saying that, before I gathered all the strength I could muster. "Go big sis!" I shouted, powering my entire heart into the shout. The ball of flames shifted direction before vanishing from where the tree fell. "She did it." I said, almost falling over.
