Chapter 82

Y/n's POV

"It's Laxus." Gray said.

"I never thought I'd be this happy to see him." Mom said.

"Isn't he the master's grandson?" Celestia asked.

"Thanks for showing up." I said, smiling at him. Hades stumbled a bit as he looked at Laxus. "I see, so you're a blood relative of Makarov." Hades said, looking at Laxus. Lightning was coming off Laxus' body as he looked at Hades. "How pathetic. You guys got beat so bad you look like a bunch of tattered rags. Even the girl who put me in my place once is on the floor." Laxus said.

"No joke." Dad said.

"Don't worry, I could still put you in your place." I said, smirking as I looked up at him. 

"What are you doing here, Laxus?" Big sis asked.

"I came here to pay my respects to the first guild master. I used to be a member of Fairy Tail too, you know." Laxus said. As Laxus was talking, I moved just enough, so I was sitting instead of being on the floor like I had been. "I was just planning to visit Mavis' grave, but this is a big surprise. I certainly didn't expect to run into the second guild master. I've got an idea since you're already here. How about I dig a grave for you too." Laxus said. 

"My, what a shame. To think that poor Makarov would be burdened by such a pretentious grandson." Hades said. Their auras were clashing as they stood in front of each other, glaring at the other person. Laxus was the first to move as he rushed past Hades before turning around, using his lightning to attack him. Hades took the hit head on before Laxus started landing blow after blow, using his lightning to catch up to him. Eventually Hades jumped back, dodging one punch Laxus threw at him. "Good. I'm impressed with your magic power, not to mention your courage. I didn't realize the boy had more than one pawn of Gildarts' caliber." Hades said. Laxus clicked his tongue as he stopped his attack. "You know that reminds me of something the geezer used to say. 'Whenever you face a tough enemy, it doesn't matter how strong they are. Standing up to them is what's most important.' Ain't that right, Natsu. You and your daughter know that all too well." Laxus said.

"Yeah. You bet." Dad said.

"Utter nonsense. That's nothing more than a weaklings excuse. Think you're strong enough to face me? Then let's see what you got." Hades said.

"If you insist." Laxus said, cracking his knuckles. Their fight continued with Laxus using a roar spell, which shocked me. "What that a dragon roar?" I asked.

"Right, you weren't there. Laxus is a lightning dragon slayer." Dad answered. I looked at dad confused before seeing Hades use his chain magic to drag a globe off the wall and roll it towards Laxus. Laxus turned and dodged the globe before I saw it heading towards mom. "I wish I could walk right now." Mom said. She screamed as the ball bounced over her, barely avoiding hitting her. Laxus went to punch Hades, but Hades used some magic to force Laxus back before waving his hand, making a magic formula in the air. "Is that an Amaterasu formula?" Laxus asked.

"Now die!" Hades shouted. The spell went off, launching all of us back while Laxus took the full force of the attack. "Those hit with the Amaterasu Formula lose all strength in their limbs and they become immobilized. Blocking it consumes so much magic power it can be fatal." Hades explained. Laxus came out of the dust in a lightning bolt of his before kicking Hades in the back. Hades screamed in pain as he landed face first on the floor. "Awesome." Gray said, watching the fight happen. 

"To think, that was only one leg. I still have the other one and both hands. Not to mention the rest of me. If I combine it into one attack, it'd be a helluva lot stronger than the kick that just took you down." Laxus said. Lightning was shooting off his body as Hades got up from the floor. 

"You talk big, although I can't blame you. There's an air of confidence that surrounds you, but it's not indicative of your skill. You can't beat me!" Hades shouted, charging towards Laxus again. Laxus charged forward as well before their fists hit and caused a clash of their magical powers. As their powers clashed, dad sat there in shock looking at what was happening in front of him. After their magic power clashed, Laxus fell to his knees. "Well... would you look at what we have here. I knew you were full of bravado, but didn't expect you to fall to your knees so soon." Hades said, looking at Laxus.

"Laxus!" Dad shouted.

"Come on. Please get up." Big sis begged.

"He was hit with that spell, after all." Mom said. Laxus laughed as he was kneeling. "I've traveled almost everywhere, all over this world of ours. This is the first time I've ever met such a monster. I've gotta long way to go." Laxus said.

"What are you saying!" Dad cried.

"You're got to pull yourself together, man." Gray said.

"I'm glad I could help you come to that realization. Laxus, was it? But this is the end. Prepare to die!" Hades shouted. He fired another spell towards Laxus, which was clearly too much for him to handle. "Hurry and get up!" Big sis shouted. 

"I realize I'm not a member of Fairy Tail anymore." Laxus started.

"Look out!" Mom shouted.

"Move or it's gonna hit you!" Celestia shouted. I stood up and started walking towards Laxus, gathering the remaining amount of magic I had for one Aqua Shield to protect him. "Laxus!" Gray shouted. 

"But this bastard took out my grandpa, so I'm allowed to take revenge, right?" Laxus asked.

"Yeah, of course you are!" Dad shouted. As I was getting close to Laxus, I watched as he summoned lightning around him before firing all the lightning towards dad and me. The lightning struck us before it shook the boat and sent everyone flying back. I looked up seeing Laxus flying through the air after taking the spell from Hades. "Laxus!" Big sis shouted.

"This one's my treat. Natsu, Y/n." Laxus said. I could feel a surge of new energy flowing through me as Laxus hit the floor below us. "What's happening to them?" Celestia asked. I looked over at dad seeing lightning coming from his body before looking down at my hands and seeing the same thing. "Hey. Thanks for the meal." Dad said.

"We'll make sure to get that revenge." I said. 

"An electric charge?" Hades asked.

"I gave them all my magic power." Laxus said.

"He transferred his power to Natsu and Y/n." Big sis said.

"You kidding me?" Gray asked. 

"Does that mean they ate lightning? If either of them eat something that's not fire or water, they'll get sick." Mom asked. I looked down at Laxus, seeing that he was actually injured heavily. "Why did you give it to us? You know that I'm weaker than you and Y/n is one of the few people who you sometimes respect." Dad asked.

"It has nothing to do with who's weaker or stronger, or that Y/n's earned my respect. He wounded Fairy Tail's master. It's only right that someone with the guild's emblem take him down. Anyone who hurts the guild deserves what's coming to them. Go get 'em Natsu, Y/n." Laxus said, smiling at us. Dad wiped a few tears away before he released a bunch of his magic power, letting off a storm of fire and lightning. I followed his lead releasing the power that Laxus had given me feeling the water and lightning flowing through me. 

"This is amazing." I said, feeling the surge of power increasing.

"It's a fusion of fire and lightning and water and lightning." Celestia said. Dad and I turned towards Hades staring him down as he looked at us. "A lightning fire and water lightning dragons." Celestia said.

"You're gonna pay for what you've done." Dad and I said.
