Nova arrived at the hospital where Rhodey was being examined, Vision told her Tony was out in the balcony, talking to Nat.

By the time Nova entered the balcony, they had already seemed to have had an argument.  "I'm not the one that needs to watch their back." she overheard Nat say.

Nova turned to walk away, she locked eyes with Nat, giving her a slight smile. Suddenly Nat gave Nova one of her machiavellian smirks.

"Looked like a pretty good kiss." Nat whispered.

"What?" Nova asked, caught off guard, then her eyes widened as she realised.

Reading Nova's expression, Nat said, "Well you two weren't exactly trying to hide it."

"You're not gonna tell anybody, are you?" Nova asked nervously.

"And take you down with me? What kind of person do you think I am?" Nat smirked and walked away.

Nova looked at her confused, "Does that mean yes or no?" she asked, gaining no reply.

Nova continued walking and stood next to Tony. "I need to talk to you." he said firmly.

Nova felt her heart sink into her stomach, "Uh sure, what's up?" she asked.

He tapped on his watch, pulling up a cctv footage of her and Steve kissing. Her eyes widened. "Uh, who's that girl— kissing Steve?" she tried.

"Nova..." Tony said in a disappointed and annoyed tone.

"That little shit told you didn't he?" she said angrily.

"What? Who? Peter?" he asked confused, "No. What? He didn't tell me anything I was looking through cctv footage to see how they got away, but glad to know he knew but I didn't."

"Oh, I'm gonna kill that kid!" she said, getting worked up.

"Nova stop, he didn't tell me anything!" he said, Nova stayed quiet not knowing what to say. "What is this, hm?" he asked strictly.

"Um..."

"What is it? What, do you love him?"

"Dad-"

"Cause a 90 year old super soldier isn't exactly the kinda guy you have a fling with." he lectured. "God, I'm gonna murder him, first my dad, then half the team, now my daughter." Nova didn't say anything. "What is going on kid?"

"I hate it when you call me a kid." she murmured.

"Oh really? Cause you're acting like one right now!" he shouted, losing his temper, instantly regretting it, he let out a sigh, "You let him go. How could you do that?"

"Dad, it's Steve, whatever he does he does because he thinks it's right. You trust him." she tried to get through to him.

"Not anymore I don't, not after I find out he's been screwing with my daughter behind my back!" his temper started rising again.

"Dad, I'm an adult I can do whatever I want!" she started to get heated as well.

"If you're an adult, act like one! You have colossally disappointed me, Nova. I mean— do you ever listen to anything I tell you? You always do what you wanna do! And the funny thing is I haven't heard an apology out of your mouth yet!" he spat, shutting Nova up. She stood with her hands crossed, staring at the ground, ashamed. "You know what, kid, I really don't wanna speak to you right now." he turned away from her, looking out the balcony. Nova stood there for a moment, she slightly scoffed, then nodded and walked away.

She was furious, so she headed to the one place where she could get her anger out. To her it felt justified.

Peter Parker sat in his bedroom, doing his homework and listening to music on his earphones. He bopped his head along to the beat. Suddenly he sensed something and paused his music. There was a loud banging on his window, he jumped out of his seat and turned around to see a very angry Nova outside his window.

He cautiously opened it and Nova climbed inside, "You little shit! You told him!" she shouted.

"Uh, told who what?" he asked nervously, stepping back out of fear.

"Don't act so innocent! I know you told him!" she shouted again.

"I didn't tell anyone anything!" he shouted back.

"You know what kid!" she got closer to him, "Every step of the way, I'll be there, watching! And every time you mess up, which I know you will! I'll make sure my dad knows about it!" she threatened.

"How do you know I'll mess up?" he asked nervously.

"Because I've been you kid!" she shouted and paused, "I know what its like to be you, to have no one listen to you at the dinner table, to be constantly underestimated, to be called a kid all the damn time. I still get called a kid, ill be 50 and theyll call me a kid." her crazy started to escalate, "But you know its fine, cause now I've met you I've realised I was stupid because you're stupid and WE'RE BOTH STUPID AND WE'RE BOTH STILL KIDS!"

Peter looked at her confused, not knowing what she's talking about. She sighed and sat down on his bed, with her head in her hands. Peter cautiously sat down next to her.

"Dad was right, I am acting immature" she mumbled, "I mean look at me, I came all the way to Queens to bully a kid." she let out a stifled laugh.

Peter was still confused. "Um, I didn't tell anyone anything." he whispered.

"I know." she said, her head still in her hands.

"Are... are you alright?" he asked softly.

"Yeah. I just messed up." she whispered. She took her head out of her hands, her gaze instantly landing on a Star Wars poster pasted on Peter's wall. She focused on it. "Hm. What would Luke Skywalker do?" she asked.

"Uh, well, he would— try to fix things?" he made a hunch.

"Yeah." she said and got up, "Thanks kid. You did good in Germany." she smiled at him, and hopped out the window.

Peter sat on his bed, a confused expression plastered on his face, he had no idea what just happened.
