Quirk: Celestial Marksman

The following quirk is another quirk marriage idea between Canon Keigo Takami pro hero Hawks Fierce Wings quirk + Angel's Blessing quirk.

I had a lot of fun so I hope you guys enjoy this quick idea.

Quirk: Celestial Marksman

Type: Mutant / Emitter Hybrid

Description:

Celestial Marksman is a hybrid Quirk that combines avian flight with bio-energetic telekinesis. The user can generate and manipulate solid light constructs-such as feathers and arrows-imbued with buff or debuff properties, utilizing a specialized ocular target-locking system to guide projectiles across extreme distances.

Physical Traits & Mutations

1) Celestial Wings:

The user possesses fully organic wings with a complete skeletal and muscular structure. The feathers are a striking gold-pink-a blend of crimson and golden-white parentage-giving them the appearance of a "Celestial Cupid." They have a constant, subtle golden glow.

2) Eye Markings:

Two small, black triangular markings frame each eye-one below the tear duct, the other at the outer corner-mimicking Hawks' characteristic bird-of-prey markings.

3) Ocular Crosshairs:

When the Quirk's targeting system activates, the user's irises begin glowing gold. Once a target is locked, their pupils transform into luminous, four-pointed golden crosshairs with a subtle heart-shaped outer frame. A tiny heart forms the center of the targeting reticle.

When tracking multiple targets simultaneously, multiple miniature heart-shaped reticles can appear within the user's field of vision. The heart motif is purely visual and has no effect on emotions, attraction, or affection.

4) Telescopic Vision:

The user's visual acuity is biologically enhanced, allowing them to zoom in and perfectly track targets up to 8 kilometers away.

Core Abilities

The "Mark" (Target Locking)

The user can "lock onto" a target through three distinct methods: direct eye contact, physical contact, or having the target audibly hear the user say the word "Mark" while the Quirk is active.

However, the user must consciously designate a specific target when applying the Mark; simply hearing the word "Mark" does not automatically mark everyone within earshot.

Once locked, the user's energy arrows and feathers will automatically home in on the target's exact location. These projectiles can phase intangibly through physical obstacles (walls, terrain, armor) to strike the target directly.

Telekinetic Energy Feathers & Arrows

Unlike standard avian mutations, the user generates constructs made of solid angelic energy. They can shape this energy into arrows or standalone feathers, controlling them telekinetically. These constructs can be imbued with specific status effects:

• Buffs:

Rapid tissue healing, stamina restoration, and pain reduction.

• Debuffs:

Temporary paralysis, sensory confusion, intense emotional weight (guilt), mental fatigue, or "stamina burn" (forcing the target's body to consume energy twice as fast).
