These are some random quirk ideas that you can use in your writing or to spark your own version!
I may include the occasional one shot ideas too.
Also if anyone uses the quirks or oneshot ideas to write something, then PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ULTRA...
I based this quirk on a real life mind controlling parasite that can affect snails called: Leucochloridium Paradoxum.
Here's a comic about it.
Comic not mine credit to its creator.

Here is video of the parasite:
I took the concept of control and mixed it with my personal fear/disgust of blood parasites and Voila! This quirk was born.
Hope you guys like it.
Quirk: Blood Parasites
Quirk Type:Emitter / Mutant Hybrid
Description
Blood Parasites is a hybrid quirk that allows the user to convert their blood into highly infectious parasitic organisms capable of adapting into any form the user desires. These organisms will invade living hosts and act as extensions of the user's will.
The user's blood is able to rapidly generate parasitic entities upon exposure to air or contact with external surfaces. Even minimal exposure—such as droplets, smears, or skin contact—can result in infection if not immediately neutralized.
Moreover, the parasites exhibit aggressive consumption behavior—even outside a host.
They are capable of eating through clothing, protective gear, and non-biological materials in their attempt to reach living tissue. While durability and thickness can delay penetration, most standard fabrics and light equipment offer little resistance, reinforcing the quirk's invasive nature.
Once inside a host, the parasites begin to feed, grow, and reproduce, spreading throughout the body and embedding themselves within the host's biological systems. The user maintains remote command over all active parasites, allowing them to control the infection's progression and overall behavior.
Visual Activation Cues:
When the quirk is active, the user undergoes subtle but unsettling physiological changes:
- The normally white sclera turns blood-red, giving a predatory, inhuman gaze.
- Veins become more pronounced and darker, subtly shifting beneath the skin as if they have a mind of their own.
- Blood exposed outside the body appears unnaturally thick, gelatinous-like, and may twitch or pulse.
Passive Traits / Mutations:
These traits are always present, even under quirk suppression:
