The others hadn't left their friends to defend for their own devices. To frantically defend every idea they concocted in the last few years. But instead welcomed them with opened doors with their own details they wanted to add.
The familial warmth the group brought her after all these years. The once Renegades had aided to her need as well as some help from Olivia and Callum. Though, the Scotsman was struggling a little today with his anxiety. An issue that was halted when he took a few relief pills.
They were seated all around an oval table, thinking over ideas. Having sheets of paper and datapads ready to write anything down. The friends sometime seven went a little off topic from the second debate.
"How about instead of just ranting about the colony, maybe you should explain the dangers that persisted over those few years. Tell them that Viper and Darya were sending people down to kill some Recreations. Then, propose rights of protection for them, including the allowance of a colony to be established and protected," Alejandro suggested.
"Yeah, strategic," Brystal nodded, looking up from her notes, "I like that idea, how about you, Elsa?"
"It should shorten your......five hour speech, so yeah," Elsa grumbled out, trying to make a playful comment. She was obviously drained and needed sleep as she took a sip of her coffee that Callum was passing out to everyone.
Everyone expect Brystal, he'd instead found her a blood orange black tea. He was always his best at being inclusive with his friends. It was a way he helped with dealing with the constant anxiety in his life to help him focus on now.
"It's not five hours long!" Brystal exclaimed before kickstarting back into business, "So the information you will produce, Elsa. Present your case as based in the survival the colony needs. Establishing new laws could benefit the safety from being exterminated by Viper and Darya."
"And include your argument from earlier," Adeline piped up, pointing to a few paragraphs she'd typed earlier about the first debate, "Showcase Zach's Brian levels and compare them to a regular six year olds brain. Post the picture of his brain waves to the ambassadors datapads."
"I can easily get those transferred into their datapads," Alejandro added, "Being an ambassador for seven years has its perks of sending information to each other for meetings."
"Once upon a time, I probably wouldn't give a damn about this arguments and rebuttals," Elsa muttered, "But right now, all that matters is showing to Darya and Viper we can put up a fighting stance with words."
"How poetic," Olivia huffed out, "I understand that we will may have the Vulcans and Andorians on our side already, even if it's not based on favoritism. And please, limit your use on curse words, Elsa."
"......yep......probably should," Elsa agreed, realizing that may have been what influence Callius was trying to lift out.
She'd taking it a bit to hard and acted a little rash towards him. He was simply just angling for her to not use so much curse words since that influenced Brystal's when she was younger. The Renegades had a habit of cursing, but Elsa had a terrible habit that was due to her extensive vocabulary mostly being curse words.
