Recap: Agnes comes to the heartbreaking realization that she was the little girl who was molested during her childhood but Yuvin was not ready to accept her words.
At the guest home:
“Agnes…” Yuvin called out, his voice tinged with concern, but she had already stormed out.
He sighed deeply, frustration weighing on him. "I was just trying to console her, and now she's angry at me. My wife is really cute," he murmured to himself, feeling both guilty and bewildered.
In the garden,
Agnes sat in the swing, feeling an overwhelming heaviness in her chest. She stared blankly at the walls, the silence of the space around her amplifying the storm of emotions raging inside.
Her thoughts were consumed by Yuvin’s words from earlier, his lack of understanding cutting her deeper than she ever expected.
She had tried so hard to explain her feelings, her fears, her need for his comfort. But Yuvin had brushed it aside, focusing on his own logic, his own perspective, without really hearing her.
It wasn’t just the argument that upset her; it was the fact that, once again, Yuvin had dismissed her feelings as something trivial.
She had opened up to him, made herself vulnerable, and instead of embracing her with warmth, he had responded with cold logic, trying to fix things instead of simply being there for her.
Tears pricked her eyes, but she blinked them back, refusing to cry again.
. She didn’t need him to solve her problems or rationalize her emotions—she just needed him to be there, by her side, offering the comfort only he could give. But instead, he had questioned her, as if her worries weren’t valid, as if she had no right to feel the way she did.
Agnes wiped a tear that escaped despite her efforts to hold it in. The sadness inside her grew with every passing minute.
Meanwhile, Rachel was immersed in a detailed conversation with the designer, discussing plans for the day.
She wanted the dress to be perfect, her make up to be above everyone.
She noticed Agnes in the swing, her anger palpable.
She sat down heavily, muttering under her breath, “I’ve told him so many times, yet he still won’t believe. How can someone be so heartless? A basic rule in a relationship is believing the partners. But the stupid is not ready to do ”, her voice carried the weight of her frustration.
Rachel, noticing Agnes speaking to herself, walked over.
" Agnes ", Rachel called out.
Agnes, clearly upset, shot her a warning look.
“I’m not in the mood to fight, Rachel. Don’t make it worse,” she said sharply.
Unfazed, Rachel sat beside her.
" Why are you speaking to yourself ? ", Rachel asked.
" Why do you care? ", Agnes pushed her hand.
" I am sorry for yesterday incident. You stood with your husband and I stood with my boyfriend. That does not mean I hate you or we should fight ", Rachel advised as if she really cares about Agnes.
“Is this about Yuvin?” she asked calmly, her tone steady.
Agnes nodded, her irritation still simmering beneath the surface.
“I thought as much,” Rachel said knowingly, shaking her head.
" What do you mean? ", Agnes questioned.
