The Kages sat in a tense silence, suspicion hanging heavily in the air. Doubts about Misa's loyalty surrounded their minds like a cloud of fear and uncertainty, each leader uncertain of where she truly stood.

"That girl was kidnapped!" Tsunade snapped, her voice rising in frustration. "But now she's using her position as a spy! Isn't that how we discovered that Tobi isn't Madara, but another Uchiha pretending to be him for some unknown reason?"

"But she was kidnapped twice by the same man—Sasuke Uchiha, the rogue who's collaborating with the masked man!" Tsuchikage shot back, his face hardened in distrust and extreme hatred, "It's far too convenient, and unsettling. She even bore his child!"

Tsunade clenched her fists, visibly restraining herself, "Sasuke and Misa... we have no idea what is between them, it's their personal life. We shouldn't waste time on that. The real threat is the masked man. He's brainwashed Sasuke and manipulated him into declaring the Fourth Ninja War. Misa isn't the problem—we need to focus on how to stop him- the so called Madara and can't you see? They are seventeen; we need to save them all."

"Misa is precisely the problem!" the Tsuchikage spat, "The moment she became a jinchūriki, she forfeited any right to personal ties! People like her should be locked away, isolated from the world—before they become the weapon that destroys us all and that includes Killer Bee and Naruto."

Flecks of spit flew as the old man spoke, his anger echoing through the room, but Tsunade remained unwavering, her gaze sharp and resolute. The stakes were growing higher, and suspicion alone couldn't be allowed to cloud the true danger at hand.

If I may speak," Gaara began, his voice calm yet firm, "I believe Uchiha Sasuke is the epitome of darkness. He's become more powerful and far more dangerous than before. However, from what I've observed—and I'm the same age as they are—he has an unhealthy obsession with Misa. Sasuke would lose his mind over her, and that's exactly why Tobi wouldn't let him anywhere near her. It's like a lion guarding his mate—he wouldn't tolerate another predator nearby. For that reason, I stand with Lady Tsunade. Misa is valuable, and accusing our allies right now would only weaken us."

The Tsuchikage's eyes narrowed, his anger barely contained. "You're only siding with the Hokage because you know the girl personally."

"And that is precisely why I understand the situation better than you," Gaara countered, his voice unwavering. "I know Misa, and I can say with absolute certainty that she would never betray the village. You have my word on that—and you can take my head if I'm wrong."

The room fell silent, the weight of Gaara's words sinking in. His declaration, stronger than any oath of blood, echoed through the chamber. The other Kages exchanged glances, visibly taken aback by the mental strength and conviction of the young Kazekage, who had only recently ascended to his position. Gaara's boldness, his unwavering loyalty to Misa and the village, left a deep impression on the room, shifting the tense atmosphere with the force of his extreme resolve. The room remained heavy with silence, Gaara's words still lingering in the minds of the Kages. His unwavering loyalty had shifted the atmosphere, influencing all but one—Tsuchikage.

"The young generation—always full of smooth talk! But you can't fool me!" the Tsuchikage barked, his anger flaring once again. "Misa this, Misa that—Uzumaki Misa is nothing but a seductress! She's dangerous, and we should banish her! Twice kidnapped by the same man? It's madness! She must be declared a rogue!"

Tsunade's eyes narrowed, her patience wearing thin. She straightened, her commanding presence filling the room. "Even if Misa were on their side, Tsuchikage, we don't have the luxury of casting her away," she said firmly. "Our intelligence makes it clear—whether by peace or by force, we need the jinchūriki with us. If Misa has truly been swayed, our task is to bring her back under our control, not declare her rogue."
