And her intuition was absolutely right. Misa already felt a figure in front of her and when the girl stood up to her height, she saw him,

He was standing right in front of her with an unreadable expression evident on his face. Sasuke's scythe shaped eyebrows raised after seeing how startled both Misa and Neji were. Surely the two were busy in their own conversation that they hadn't sensed danger approached. What had they even been doing for the past five years? Surely not practicing but definitely romancing each other. It irked Sasuke so bad, seeing Misa so carefree.
Misa's breath hitched upon seeing the mighty Uchiha who appeared before her. She knew there was no way she could go up against Sasuke. She knew it. She was far weaker than him and it was proven the last time she met him. The only thing she could do was run but Neji was not going to let go of this golden opportunity where he saw Sasuke as his prey ready to take down Sasuke and bring him back to Konoha. Unlike Neji, the Uzumaki girl knew how dangerous and violent Sasuke was. He was the terror and he wouldn't hesitate to kill them. With her heart beating unbelievably, Misa took a step back with her hands settling in front of her, afraid that Sasuke would attack.
Lucky for Misa, she was in the stream. Being in the stream meant that she could use the water in the stream as a counterattack in case Sasuke attacked her and now she had to make way for them to escape from Sasuke. Misa bit her inner cheek awkwardly trying her best to avoid eye contact with Sasuke but how could she not look at those Mono lidded eyes with long eyelashes, rounded and softly connected to the face with a high nose, a clean and smooth skin? He was truly handsome and there was no doubt about why all the girls of Konoha were head over heels for the guy.
"Sasuke?" Neji mumbled, confused about why the referred boy was standing before them. The shinobis of Konoha had been searching for Sasuke for ages and he was standing before them? A vile smirk grew on Neji's face as he realized that this was an amazing opportunity to prove his worth to Konoha by capturing the last Uchiha of his clan, Uchiha Sasuke.
But of course, things would never go the way we plan.
Misa splashed an enormous amount of water at Sasuke's face before screaming at Neji to run away shocking the kid who unwillingly compiled and clasped the girl's hand tightly as the duo ran away together only to hear Sasuke's evil snicker.
"Why should we run away, Misa?" Neji questioned running away, a bit mad about the golden opportunity that was bestowed upon him. However seeing Misa's terrified face reminded him that even though he was confident he could take Sasuke down; Misa was already traumatized by the boy. Sure, Neji did have some selfish intentions and wanted to capture Sasuke. There was nothing stopping him but he knew Misa wouldn't want to do anything with Sasuke so Neji let it go.
