Chapter 59

Diya pov
              I am getting ready for hospital. Yesterday night I came to Arjun house with him. He insisted staying in one room but I refused him. I don’t want to attach to him more. We have to separate after divorce. I am not ready to get hurt again. I went to dinning table. The maid already placed the breakfast. Arjun came fully ready in his police uniform. We both had our breakfast silently. I was about to go out Arjun called me.
Arjun – Diya wait I will drop you.
I – It’s ok I can manage.
Arjun – Diya your hospital is on the way to my station so I will drop you. Come lets go.
Without any option I went and sat in his Jeep. He started his Jeep
Arjun – When will your work over
I – Around 6.30
Arjun – Ok call me after your work. I will come to pick you.
I – No need I can book cab.
Arjun – Please Diya don’t be stubborn it’s my responsibility to take care of you. I will come to pick you.
He stopped outside the hospital. I turned towards him.
I – You don’t need to take my responsibility because you married me. Any ways we will get divorce in few month after that I have to manage myself till how I managed to live. And thanks for your lift.
Saying this I got outside of Jeep and went inside hospital. During lunch time I was going towards canteen someone called me. I turned and saw my senior Surya sir is coming towards me.
I – Good afternoon Surya sir
Surya – Ohh Diya just call me Surya
I nodded.
Surya – What happen to you. You took 2 months medical leave.
I – Surya that I had small accident.
Surya – What now are you ok
I – Yes I am fine so only I came to duty.
Surya – ok ok come lets go for lunch.
Evening when I came out of hospital I saw Arjun standing near his car and talking in his phone. I just looking at him. After few minutes he cut his phone and turned towards me. He smiled and waved at me. I just went to car and sat in it without looking at him. He came inside and started to home.
Arjun pov
           I came to pick Diya from hospital. When I looked at her I smiled and  waved my hand. She didn’t react to it and sat inside the car. My smiled worriedly thinking about my fate. When she comes to me I hurt her now when I want to give her my love she is not talking to me. Next day as usual I dropped Diya and waited till she go inside. Before she enter a man around my age came and talked to her smilingly. I don’t know what he said Diya laughed. Angry aroused in me. I gripped the steering tightly and left from there. I don’t like when someone flirt with my girl. Full day I am getting angry for small reason.
Priya pov
           Today I came to institute. I can’t able to sit simply in home without doing work. After Diya went to Arjun anna home. It is too bored to stay in home. So I convinced Vikram to allow me to go institute. He said ok with lot of conditions like I should not walk unnecessarily around campus, don’t work too much, don’t take stress in work, eat something regularly,… the list is long. While I was working Seetha Akka   our canteen head cook came with juice.
Seetha – Madam Sir asked me to give juice to you.
I – Thanks akka.
She smiled and went after giving juice. Every one hour she gave me something to eat. I was engrossed in file when someone knocked the door. I said come in
I – Seetha Akka not any more food. I can’t eat akka.
I said while looking at file.
   But you have to eat something sweetheart.
I looked at the person. Vikram is smiling looking at me.
I – Vikram when did you came.
Vikram – Just now. Ok why don’t want anything to eat.
I – Are you serious. You said to Seetha ka to give something to me to eat every hour. How can I manage. Please I will eat when I feel hungry.
Vikram – Hmm ok. But you have to take care of yourself ok.
I nodded.
Vikram – Shall we go.
I – Where
Vikram – You said you are feeling bored right so only I thought to take you out today.
I – Really
Vikram nodded. I wrapped my work and went.
In the car
Vikram – Where you want to go.
I – Shall we go to park.
We both went to park and sat on bench. There children are playing happily. We both smiled looking at them. I kept my head in his shoulder.
I - Soon we will have baby in our hand. I can’t believe that we are going to become parents.
He chuckled.
Vikram – wait within 2 months my daughter will kick you. Then you will believe right.
I – How are you sure that it’s girl.
Vikram – That’s father’s instinct.
I pouted. He kissed my pout.
I slightly poked his arm. He looked at me.
Vikram – What happen Riya ma
I – Pasikudhu ( feeling hungry).
Vikram – Come let me take you to hotel.
Vikram took me to our beach side hotel. After eating we both went for walk in beach.
I – Vikram do you think Arjun anna and Diya will solve their problems.
Vikram – S so only I allowed them to go there. If there were alone they will have more time. By that way they will talk and solve their problem. If we are around them they can’t even  talk with each other.
I – I want them to be together.
Vikram – It will happen soon don’t think too much.
