Regina decided that now would be the perfect time to teach Emma and I magic. She started with Emma first since she's had more difficulty harnessing her magic than me. I try to focus on Regina and Emma but the others are off on the other side of camp whispering to each other. I have a feeling that whatever their talking about has to do with our little magic lessons. It's clear that David and Snow don't like the idea of their daughter learning magic from The Evil Queen but Killian's over there too, looking just as distressed as they do.

I openly stare at the group suspiciously when the group of them look over towards us. Whenever they see me already staring, they avert their gazes. What the hell?

"Alice! Pay attention!" Regina snaps at me and I jump. I shoot her a glare, which she returns with an exasperated look. I sigh, deciding to ignore whatever is going on behind me. For now at least.

After both Me and Emma manage to make a fire, Regina decides she's had enough of for one day and goes off to join the others. Emma and I follow soon after. I make sure to snuff out the fire beforehand, knowing that we're going to have to pull up camp soon anyways. The others are still gathered together, as though discussing something secret.

"Where are you guys going?" Emma asks. I look them over and notice that they're already putting their packs on.

"To get water."

"To get firewood." They answer simultaneously. I look between the three, their nervous demeanor only serving to anger me. Are they really keeping secrets? OnNeverland of all places? I look over to Killian who's avoiding looking directly at me.

"I'm assuming there's a good reason why you're lying through your teeth?" I ask bitterly.

"Neal's alive." Snow blurts out suddenly. Mine and Emma's eyes widen comically. How could she possibly know that? Did she see him?

"Neal is...alive?" Emma asks breathlessly and I put a hand on her shoulder comfortingly.

"We saw him fall through that portal after being shot. How could he have survived that?" I ask, voice full of skepticism. Don't get me wrong, I'd be happy that Neal's alive. But this just feels like giving Emma false hope.
