Me and Killian made our way to Zelena's time portal as fast as possible

Me and Killian made our way to Zelena's time portal as fast as possible. We approached the old, decrepit barn warily, considering there's a giant beam of light shooting straight through the roof. The light is blinding and pulsing with powerful magic, drawing us in.

"Whatever's going on in there can't be good," Killian says, voice rough from worry.

"How did she manage to trigger it? She's in prison!" I exclaim, exasperated. This is exactly why I was hesitant to celebrate defeating Zelena. I break into a small jog, my hand shaking the closer we get to the doors. Killian grabs my arms before I can even put my hand on the rusty handle.

"Wait, we have to get out of here!" he says through gritted teeth. My eyebrows shoot up.

"We have to find a way to close it," I say, gesturing behind me at the door. If we don't stop this curse, we're all doomed.

"Have you got your magic back?" he asks. I pause and stop struggling against his firm grasp.

"No," I admit.

"Then we're not bloody well messing with any of this. Let's go!" he shouts, and before I can respond, the door to the barn swings open. I feel my feet pulled from underneath me, and my breath leaves my body as I fall to the ground. Like a black hole, I'm pulled in toward the gaping hole in the ground. I feel my heart pound in my ears as I realize that Killian is still holding on to my arm.

We suddenly stop, my body halfway in the portal. I gasp in relief as I look in front of me to see Killian using his hook to keep us from being sucked in. I look around, trying to find some way to get us out of this barn, to no avail.

"Hold on!" Killian yells, looking down at me in alarm at how close I am to the portal. I hold on tightly to his sleeve, but the pulling of my body is too strong. A scream escapes me as his sleeve rips, sending me careening into the portal. I feel the familiar drop in my stomach as I free-fall through the swirling portal.

The feeling comes to a sudden halt as I land unceremoniously on the ground. I don't move an inch from the patch of grass I'm laying in, stunned. There's no way this is happening to me again. I finally look up when I hear shuffling around me. I feel my muscles relax when I realize that Killian came through with me. At least I won't have to do this alone. He himself looks around at the greenery of the forest we've landed in.

"It appears we're back in the Enchanted Forest," he says with a wary sigh. I set back on my feet, taking it all in. A forest is a forest, but the Enchanted Forest is unmistakable.

"Yeah, I gathered that much," I say, dragging a hand over my face.

"The real question is when?" he asks. I go to shrug but look over to see a familiar face drawn on a piece of parchment hung on a tree. I stand up slowly, walking over to the wanted poster of Snow White.

"Well, I don't have an exact date, but..." I trail off when a look of realization comes over his face. I walk over and hold my hand out, which he takes gratefully to pull himself from the ground. I would've made a joke about his age if my mind wasn't spinning with a million thoughts at once.
