Tying up all the lost boys had taken some time but thankfully none of them woke during the process. It wasn't until the last boy was tied up that they slowly began to wake from Regina's spell. They'd groggily asked many questions, which neither Hook nor Tink were willing to answer.
"They need to hurry up." The blond complains impatiently. Hook spares her a glance.
"Patience Tink, they'll-" The man pauses when a sword materializes in his right hand. The cool metal and the unexpected weight catch him off guard. Hook's heart nearly falls out of his chest whenever he realizes what he's holding.
"How did you get that?" Tink asks, slightly alarmed. He doesn't answer her and her expression turns to one of concern. "Hook?" He looks up slowly.
"It's Alice's sword." He says with furrowed brows.
"Don't assume the worst, for all we know-" Her words are cut off by a blast of magic that comes right at them. The green haze goes through them, nearly knocking the two off their feet. The both of them look at each other, dread painted over their expressions. Pan had won.

Henry kneels by Alice's side, crying, while the others sprint over to the two. Alice's face is completely still, you would almost think she's sleeping if it weren't for the way her chest doesn't rise and fall. Emma runs over just as Pan is flying away. She swings her cutlass and manages to scratch Pan but it doesn't seem to affect him. Emma falls to her knees, a mixture of panic, relief, and confusion on her face.
"Alice?" She shakes the woman by her shoulders, receiving no response.
"Henry!" Regina cries out, taking the boy in her arms tightly.
"Henry, what happened?" Neal asks breathlessly.
"It's my fault! This is all my fault." Henry's practically inconsolable, the guilt eating away at him. He may not have known Alice, almost at all, but he knows she's a good person. A hero. He had tried so hard to be the hero for once, only to end up getting Alice killed.
"Alice? Alice?" Emma continues to shake Alice, to no avail. The whole group is confused. What happened to Gold? Why did Pan take Alice's heart?
"She's dead, she's dead because of me!" Henry cries out. The others look at each other in shock.
