I knew exactly where Killian took Henry

I knew exactly where Killian took Henry. I went back into Granny's, grabbing my sword before taking Emma's car to the docks. The snow has only picked up and I nearly crashed into a couple walking but I eventually make it, my blood pumping inside me like fire. I know logically that most of my ire is aimed at myself. For letting myself trust Killian.

"I could kill you right now!" I seethe out when I finally spot the man in question along with Henry and Smee. Killian looks over with wide eyes, wincing as he sees me quickly approaching.

"Look, love, I can explain." He says once I'm about a foot away, putting his hands-hand and hook up. I open my mouth to lay into him when Smee, Killian's right hand man, interrupts before I can.

"Captain?" He asks quietly, staring up at the sky with his mouth agape. I turn to see what he's looking at but the sound of wings approaching causes a knot to form in my stomach before I even see the creatures. I look anyway to see three flying monkeys coming at us at mach one speed.

"We need to get the lad in the boathouse." Killian says and I put away whatever anger I feel towards him for the time being.

"Alice, what is that?" Henry yells, his voice shaking slightly. I grab Henry by the shoulder, turning him in the direction of the boathouse.

"Henry, run!" I yell, taking off while keeping my hold on Henry. Thankfully, he doesn't need much prompting, running off ahead of me. My foot slips on the ice and I land hard on my knees and elbows. I don't even have time to push off the ground when Killian grabs me from under my arms and flings me over his shoulder, causing me to cry out in surprise.

My stomach lays against his shoulder, his only hand holding me in place. I look up to see the flying monkeys getting closer. I pull out my gun with a shaking hand before shooting at the creatures. I'm moving around too much to be able to get a proper shot but it'll at least give us some time. After only another minute of running, Smee closes the door to the boathouse behind us for reasons unknown to me. It's a boathouse.

Killian sets me down gently and I don't know whether to thank him or laugh. I'd do both if it weren't for the fact that we're being hunted.

"What now, Captain?" Smee asks.

"Take the boy there to the far exit. Find a new boat. I'll stay here to deal with our winged friends." Killian orders and I grab Henry once more, who looks up at me with tears stinging his eyes.

"Henry, go with Smee. No matter what you hear or see, don't stop." I say sternly before unsheathing my sword.

"Is that a sword?" He asks, alarmed but I look over and see the monkeys making their way towards the opening of the boathouse.

"Go!" I yell and he does. The monkeys fly in, screeching a horrible noise. My heart speeds up as I realize that there's about six now. Killian shoots one and it disintegrates into a puff of smoke. One lunges at me and I turn sideways in time for it to miss me, swinging my sword in time to kill it.
