"sit down, i'll bake them." i took the spatula from eloise's hand and lightly shoved her out of the way.

"just because i'm pregnant, doesn't mean i can't do normal things humans do. i can bake my own pancakes if i want to, im no where near my due date. i feel fine, it's fine." she reacted.

"go sit down and order me around." that was the only order i dared to make.

"what am i supposed to do all day if i quit my job and you're not letting me do anything at home. i need to have a purpose for my time." she expressed.

"pet cocoa, read a book, read my book, grow that baby inside of you, let it cook." blaze walked into the kitchen, giving me a kiss on my cheek.

"the doctor said exercise is good for a pregnant woman like me." she fluttered her lashes at her best friend.

"then go walk around in circles in the backyard." blaze told her.

"that's mean." i felt bad. "i went out just a couple of minutes ago to grab my water bottle from yesterday, the weather is beautiful. maybe we'll go out and have a walk later by the farmers market area."

"yes! ive been craving those strawberries you bought the other day!" elle exclaimed.

"we're buying ten boxes of those cause someone can't get enough of them." i looked over at blaze.

"complaining?" she raised a brow at me.

"no, i'd buy you tubs of strawberries if you asked me to. as long as you're happy i'm happy, plus i love tasting the strawberries on your lips." i shrugged.

"i know you do."

"mama!"

butterflies fluttered all over my body, not just my stomach. juniper had enough, just like blaze told me she would and now i'm her mama.

i put the last pancake on the plate and ran over to the girls' room. "good morning!" i scooped her up. i could resist not pecking her all over face, hearing her little giggles invade my whole being. "i love you honey."

"i love you too!" she giggled.

"do you wanna go to the framer's market later today?" i put her down.

"yeah!"

"go pick out your pretty dress." i told her and she opened her closet and started looking though it. "good morning iris." i opened my arms as she slowly walked over to me, eyes all puffy. "let's pick out a dress together? do you want to match with juni?"

they both decided on the dress they would wear, and they've gotten used to brushing their teeth on their own, remembering all the steps they need to do in their routine. i only ever help them to get their dress on. such independent little girls.

we all ate our breakfast together and let the girls watch cartoons for twenty minutes as blaze, and i tidied up the house before we went out in one car. "mama can we get stawberries?" juniper asked me. this house will never have strawberries in stock.

"yes june, we'll buy alllll the strawberries in the store." i smiled. "what else do you want? my eyes? i'll give you them, whatever you want, you can have it princess."

"okay, i think we need to chill out a little bit." blaze giggled, placing her hand on mine as i drove. "spoiling her is allowed, but only to an extent."

"i guess she already has the prettiest eyes." i smiled. "we'll leave body parts off the list of things i can give her." i whispered.

"you're ridiculous."
