Song: Heart Of A Woman- Summer Walker

The sun was long gone, leaving a sliver of moon to illuminate the dark sky. You took a deep breath, letting it out slowly. Attempting to get some fresh air to cool your anger was fruitless, instead you were left with a tsunami of feelings bundled up inside.

Of course you were angry with both Gojo and Yuta for even bringing up such an idea, but there was also an equal amount of hurt, betrayal, and panic. How could they suggest that when the same had happened to Geto? When even Gojo had a extremely bad reaction to seeing him like that, how could he bring that up? Worse, you were worried they were going to ignore your disapproval, and you weren't sure what you could do to prevent it.

Your lips pressed together at the cursed energy suddenly beside you, refusing to look at the man. He clicked his tongue, sitting beside you so his knee brushed yours. "I know it's shitty, but I need you to think logically about this."

"No." Before you could even consider, the word left your lips.

"Seriously Y/n-"

"No, Satoru."

He sighed, "This isn't really up for debate. It would at least make me feel better if you would agree." You knew this plan, should it come to that point, was a good idea. It could possibly save whoever is left by that time. But you could never accept it. Gojo continued in your silence, "I know it's difficult, but think about the students. Maki, Yuji, Megumi, doing this would save them all."

"Why are you all acting like this is some sure thing?" You said in a defeated voice.

Silence stretched between you both, until Gojo clapped his hands together. "Want to hear my real plan? I kick Sukuna's ass, figure out how to get Megumi back, then you stroke my ego with how awesome I am." He nudged your side. "This is just a contingency plan in the back of the closet that'll never really get pulled out. Like that dress I bought for you that you never wear."

You finally turned toward him, "I don't find you funny."

His lips formed a pout, "I knew you married me for my money." Your lips twitched up, Gojo catching it instantly. "So? We good now?"

"I'm not going to agree. Just make sure it doesn't happen." You muttered.

He nodded, "I'll be expecting my compliments then."

You slapped his knee, a silent acknowledgment, and stood. "Don't you have switch training to do?"

"Mm, the sun is starting to rise already isn't it..." He followed suit, arms wrapping around your waist. "By the way, did you really kill the higher ups alone just to spite me?"

"Maybe. Maybe I just felt like killing the old farts. Got a problem with that?" Your eyes narrowed.

However Gojo certainly wasn't about to pick another fight. He threw his head back with a laugh, "Scary! You know, it really gets me all hot and bothered when you get blood thirsty."

Your nose twitched up in disgust, "Get away from me, freak." Yet, you made no move to get away from him.

He chuckled lowly, fingers lightly digging into the flesh of your cheeks, angling your head up and placing a soft kiss to your lips. As he pulled back he looked into your eyes, glassy and pleading. Your lips met again, this time the kiss was slow, purposeful. A hushed groan left him, always so happy when the tip of your tongue brushed against his. When you pulled away your breaths were slightly quickened, making Gojo hum in satisfaction. "If you promise a kiss like that, I'll end this fight in five minutes."

That finally eased a smile from you, pecking him once more. "Go do your training."

He sighed dramatically, "Always so much work and so little play."
