Megan nervously sighs, "But I know you will teach me how to spray paint, right?"
Kim gave her a reassuring nod, "Of course, I wouldn't want you to make a mess."
"And the box of supplies," Megan continues, "Why would they want to keep them slightly damaged if they don't want them to get damaged themselves?
"Not sure. I would assume that the box is old, but just as long as we don't damage it, we should be fine."
Megan pondered for a bit, "What time do you want them to be done? Considering that I still have to finish my classes."
"If you want, you can come by before your other classes start or during lunch. That way, we have some time to get them all done. Then, after the banner is done, we can then start setting up the decorations. I'm a little hesitant if we have enough, so I got a few supplies just in case."
"Alright then," she finished washing the soap off the dog's fur coat and reached for the towel. Kim glanced at her for a moment as he kept the dog still for her to dry their fur, "You know... considering how much of a star student you are-"
"I am?"
"Yes... As I was saying, considering how much of a star student you are, I wouldn't be surprised if you got to do a little speech."
"A speech?... And they do that? I kinda thought that it was just a simple graduation like the ones you have in high school."
Kim let out a small chuckle, "This is a bit more different, normally, they would select an honor student to make the speech... but if you were nominated for one, then you could be able to make a speech."
Megan glanced to the side, not sure if she was comfortable with the idea of giving a speech in front of her peers. Noticing her slight discomfort at the idea, he decides to use this against her, "You don't have to if you don't want to, I'm sure they won't be able to do it this graduation. But it would be nice if you dared to say a few words at the ceremony, no pressure."
She could almost hear the slight mockery at his words. Almost. A small sigh escaped her lips, "I would have to think of something to say first. You're not considering nominating me to do a small speech, are you?"
"Why not? I mean, you are a smart student, no?"
"Well... I am, but I-"
Kim interrupts her with a small scoff, "Then you got nothing to worry about. You will do just fine. I guarantee."
He then gets up after the dog is completely dry and goes to get the next dog for them to wash. Megan is a bit hesitant about this idea, but she can't help but feel like there is something more than what is being let on.
As she was thinking this through, Leon was walking with Melody over to his dorm for them to be able to discuss their plan without any interference. He glanced over to her, "And you are sure that this is what they are up to?"
Melody nods, "Yes, I overheard them talking in the boys' bathroom. It was loud enough for me to hear."
"That's good. " He opened the door and gestured for her to enter first, taking a quick look around to see if they were spotted or followed. Once the coast was clear, he closed the door and sat on his bed. "Now, then, let's talk about how we are going to handle this. We only have a few days before graduation, and I ain't letting them get away with this."
Melody held up the body camera she asked to borrow, "We have to make sure to get at least video or photo proof of their wrongdoings. I also have to return this before graduation, so hopefully, we're able to get some footage."
